One of the hotels in Solo with strategic location. The view from the hotel is quite beautiful, reaching Solo city area, and upper from mall area. Friendly service, clean rooms, and spacious parking. Suitable for transit for people traveling. Many places to eat around the hotel, not difficult to find food and drinks, just need to go to mall in lower area.

To be honest, it could be one of the best hotel in Solo. The location is at the city centre, the facility is the best; solo paragon hotel provide gym, swimming pool, kids station, restaurant, and it's a walking distance to solo paragon mall. But the one thing that turned me off in some ways was during my checkout. I understand that it was miscommunication between that one lady and I at the front office. But another lady, when I asked her for a confirmation just snapped at me to wait. Her intonation and facial expression was annoyed. Very annoyed. I couldn't forget her face. I am sorry mam, I know you're tired since that day there were a lots of guests.. But solo was really hot that day, I have my two babies with me. For you to snap at me like that was truly not the way I wanted to end my day. I understand, no perfect human right? But I guess that one thing will make reconsider coming back to this hotel.... Well, may be I am being too sensitive.. But for those who wouldn't mind such things,, then this hotel is recommended. NB: Please correct me guys, but asking the front office to tell the bellboy to pickup the luggages from the room to the lobby is something you're allowed to ask, right??

Nice hotel, overall good experience. Although I personally prefer that the shower can be retracted/pulled by using our hands, instead of permanently attached to the wall. A door separating the shower and the washtafel would be better (instead of just a partial glass), to prevent too much water splashing to outside shower area. But maybe, it's just me who think so...

Affordable price, reasonable facilities and good location connected to the Paragon Mall which contains major brand stores, grocery, hardware, homestyle stores, kids play park and food courts. Hotel is little big old & room size is good but feeling a little itch maybe from the bed bugs or chemicals remained on the bed cover sheets. If you are super sensitive then not recommend this place

Arrived at 14.30, got the key at 16.00...got in to the room, the bathroom was horrible...no water as well...been waiting till 18.30, still no body came to clean the bathroom...was trying to call front office several times, house keeping...they said the engineering wud come...yet, still no body showed up...amazing solo paragon, awesome 👍👍

the room is quite okay, room cleanliness can be improved. hotel facilities is perfect. location is also perfect, you can walk to solo paragon mall without taking extra effort. overall, it's worth it considering the price

The rooms are clean, but sometimes there are problems with the air conditioner and the lifts take a turn to be out of service. Prime location though, connected to a mall and a church, in the city center.

Cari Appartments is not recommendable. Very poor to no upkeeping. Pay a bit more to get at least the Solo Paragon hotel standard.

The hotel is located in the city and connected to a mall. Breakfast options are plenty, from traditional to international cuisine. The downside is that the building and furniture are old.

The room is ok, it can be more confortable if the shower cleaned . I have told to Housekeeping but they don't do moreover 1105. Unfortunately when I stayed there , there are a big group who is noisy late at night, and the situation of breakfast is a bit chaotic. Maybe better to seperate the space so normal guest also comfortable and have some seat for breakfast . Pool is nice . Thank you.

A great hotel to stay, and the best thing is there's a mall connected to it, so it's very convenient!! Of course the hotel it self is already great, beautiful and the breakfast is satisfying and delicious..

I really don't know where to start. This was by far my worst hotel experience in Indonesia. I have been travelling to solo regularly since 2014 and stayed at this hotel every time as its connected to a mall and has a decent pool. This was my first time back here since 2019 and sadly it hasn't stood the test of time the "deluxe" room we were given was filthy the walls were stained and furniture wood chipped and TV signal was unwatchable, worse yet we had no shower door leaving the whole bathroom flooded. I politely complained and was eventually upgraded to a larger room I accepted as we were not eligible for a refund. The room looked better but unfortunately the sheets were dirty and woke up itching. The pool was also ran down since my last visit, looking more like a building site, The pool towels we got were also filty and stained. So we decided to visit the restaurant as we have had many nice meals here in the past, we arrived in an empty restaurant and got seated, the lady who served us gave us one menu between us and stood there waiting to take our order like she was in a rush or something. We were beyond disappointed 10 minutes after we ordered food and drinks the lady informed us they didn't have the food my wife ordered or any alcohol but my fish and chips were on the way. This is were we drew the line, I was ready to go there and then but my wife felt too awkward as they were already preparing my food so after reordering her food her ice cream desert comes out 1st followed 5 mins later by her soup! What an absolute disgrace. So this is where we had enough and booked another hotel. I don't even care about not getting a refund for the other two nights, The management should be ashamed as this once great 4 star hotel is now now a mess doesn'tdeserve 2 stars. Oh yea the mall has gone to the sh!ts too, half of the stores are under construction and unless you like Japanese food your f**ked. If you have any standards at all stay clear.

Located in the center of Surakarta and connected to a mall, Paragon hotel is a good choice for staying. Unfortunately, for 2days straight we stayed here, breakfast variations was not much. It was the same menu except for some. Refill of the dish also took a long time. The good thing was the customer can ask the waiter to make a coffee. The double executive have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 tv room like a mini apartment. The water of hand bidet next to the toilet was not strong enough. Swimming pool is open from 6am-8pm.

i would like to shared for improvement only that electrical terminal better in L/R side from bed. i see in above a table showing in pic 3. handled window that's good apply srew to stop movement do not open better to make a rigid or permanent by removing handle. breakfast taste ok

The first time I came to Solo and stayed in this hotel was wonderful. The service and the room were great, with mall downstairs to see if you’re bored. I had nice meals both in the hotel and in the mall.

The hotel is connected to Paragon Mall Solo, so it's just a short walk.. The rooms are quite spacious, the linens are a bit old, but clean and tidy.. Breakfast is quite varied with a sufficient amount of food.. Generally satisfied staying at this hotel and it will be good subscription.. highly recommended for those who will stay in Solo..

It was so nice experience spending my weekend there. All staffs are so friendly. The important thing is that they implement health protocols so well. I don't have much worry about the hygiene there.

the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable clean but the hotel building elevator is very annoying because while we're waiting is very long and the keycard often doesn't work in the elevator and the room wifi doesn't work well.

It used to be my hotel-of-choice when staying in Solo, unfortunately after the CoVid-19 pandemics, this hotel is not fulfilling my expectancies as before. Recent visit made me find this hotel not as attractive as before. First of all, compliance of the room is not as it used to be. I found the water kettle requires checking, some of the left over drinks from the previous visitor were left in the refrigator, the safe-deposit box is not working and the sugar-tea-coffee sachets looks old & molded. Second, most facilities are not in place as before. The café is closed, no small shops are operating as before. Eventhough this is compensated by a direct access from the hotel to the Paragon Mall nearby, it is like a taint to the 4-star standard of the hotel. Finally, I find the breakfast buffet at most minimalized, it used to be more lavish in the past.

Have spacious area for executive room. but poor service from the receptionist. At first, my water heater was not working. It was 8.30pm. They repaired and ask me to wait for minimum 30minutes. After waiting that long, actually the water heater still not working. And the receptionist encouraged me to move. Unfortunately in my new room, the phone was broken. And the engineering team should repaired to the new one. It was 9.30 pm. Too bad, because it was too late for me and my son that usually go to bed at 8pm. And we should do packed and unpacked our stuff. And i just too tired to complaint. It’s not finished until those night and i just recognized that they only provide one towel in executive room. Supposed to be they put three (like i got in previous room). Some suggestions for you if you are planning to stay at this hotel. You should check all the facility immediately after you check in. From water, phone, television, etc. The worst thing i got is the response from one or maybe more receptionist seems having no empathy. Too bad for the 4 stars hotel.

Great hotel for stay. it has mall access so you can shopping, eat or watching cinema or go to gym. And hotel facilities is great with beautiful pools and delicious breakfast.

This is my second time going to Paragon Mall since the covid-19 became the outbreak. We were insisted to be at home to protect ourselves from the transmission of the virus. Moreover, the regulation of PPKM Darurat restricted the activities of communities. Now, the regulation is no longer strict but we need to keep ourselves safe by wearing a mask, washing hand frequently and keeping a distance. Before entering the mall, we need to scan the QR code to the PeduliLindungi application. It’s a kind of safe entrance system developed by Indonesian Government. Several outlets are closed, such as Centro, the first floor of carefour that is replaced by other tenants e.g Socilla and Uniqlo, and others. The good news is that we can buy all of our skin care products at sociolla and buy our winter outfits at Uniqlo. Stay safe guys!

Next to a mall is what makes the stay enjoyable! Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms generally are acceptable, but need work for the toilets as fixtures are falling apart.

Even though the room was old and quite smelly at first, but it's quite clean. The water heater also works well. And they have family room with 2 separate bedroom as well. The breakfast quite excellent and have a lot of choices.

Very good value for price. Best for commuter or business, not stay vacation. Not new hotel but well maintained, clean. Parquet floor inside room, split AC, all day instant hot water. A bit small TV. Good gym, although a bit small pool for workout. Next to mall with direct access, so you have vast culinary option too. I didn't try restaurant except breakfast.

Forget how it feels in here but my uncle has listed as special member in here 😬👍🏻 and last time I came here about 3 or 4 years ago is such a nice experience, they have mall beside the main hotel and it has many attraction so you aren't going to bored there.

I like the hotel because the strategic location. It's located beside the solo paragon mall. So if I want to buy something I can go to the mall immediately. The lobby is spacious and connected to the mall. The toiletries is very nice !!! If you get the higher room, you can see solo from our room. It's amazing !!! the taste of the food is not really that special. For my taste, more spices can be added to the food.
