We had dinner here to try the locals' fave food and it was not bad. This place was recommended by the locals saying this is either owned by the President Jokowi or this is his fave restaurant when he is around. I don't remember exactly, but the food is good indeed. Solo food portion is small and on the sweeter or spicier side. What I like about it is that it give you opportunity to try something else since the portion is not for NBA players. We got to try the super duper sweet dessert afterwards. The service is nice as the people here are soft-spoken and well mannered, the best part of this area. The best part of Indonesians and it should be like this everywhere. We had a nice dinner with the locals and visitors and that is the best part of any trip.

Traditional vibes is good. Congrats for the new coffee shop Kulonuwun. Good place, but for the parking area for cars a little bit poor. I try sticky rice and i think the sticky rice lacks coconut milk, but still good for eat it, sksksk. The cup of signature coffee, Ngarsopuro Coffee so unic, like soda cup, but a bit different. The place mostly outdoor, i think its not good for people hate smoke, coz a lot people smoking there. Overall Love it, thank u for a nice service β˜ΊπŸ‘πŸ‘

Traditional Solo food with economical expense. You can take a look at the seats that were sat by Pak Jokowi when he was still the mayor. The food is served to the Royal families I the past. You can read the stories for some meals from the menu directly. Food is really special for me to taste. Hard to express the flavor, come and try it by yourself here. Enjoy it.

Traditional style hotel in a great location but it must be noted that no alcohol is served. It's an outdoor coffee bar and the mini bar in the room is an empty fridge. The description description should be changed to avoid misunderstandings.

My favorite place to eat in Solo so far. In particular when it comes to breakfast. It is part of a hotel, so they are open when everything else is closed. Very tasty traditional food. The place is clean. The breeze flows over the terrace. The staff is efficient and friendly.

Good food, nice, rustic decor, clean rooms and strategically located in central Solo. Unfortunately on Saturdays the adjacent streets get very noisy and crowded due to a night market.

Have been there for a company meeting trip, It was okay for groups or even when you came here with family. The food was okay, the fruit salad was very tasty especially the sambal, eventhough the fruits were not so special. The place is near to Mosque and can be seen clearly from the road and located in the center of the city. you can find antique market nearby and also the money changer just 100 m away.

I had dinner here with my colleagues during my visit in Solo. The food was great! I liked the ketan ijo + emping, galantin soup, and my favorite was semur beef tongue. The place looks nice with its classic Javanese decor, mixed with modern touch. Lots of photos on the wall. If you like to take photos with your friends, there are endless ways you can do it.

Classic, old javanese style. Known as the first resto ever built in Solo, surely you will get the historical vibes. They serve vary menu ranging from traditional to a bit nowadays. Price, affordable

Finally my visit to Solo, yeay πŸ˜„! Decided to do fun culinary tasting of hype places in Solo, Omah Sinten Heritage Hotel & Resto is my first stop, leaving many good reviews on google, I decided to stop by and giving it a try. I ordered 2 main dishes, 3 beverages and 1 dessert. For main dishes I ordered Iga Bakar (Grilled Beef Ribs) and Sate Pentoel (the most favorite dish from Omah Sinten, this dish is pretty special with custom value of Javanese, and I loves it! Recommend this one for you guys to try πŸ‘πŸ»). Both main dishes is suitable with my palate. For beverages I ordered Iced Chocolate (this one is very rich and tangy, makes me fall at the first taste πŸ₯°), Milk Tea and Hot Lemon Tea. For the dessert, I ordered "Manoek Nom", unique and delicious dessert consist of glutinous rice tapai (fermented starchy food) steamed with eggs and milk, served with coconut milk and topped with emping (melinjo chips). Beside enjoying a nice meals, you guys will also fall with their rustic and artistic ambience πŸ₯°. For my nice experience in Omah Sinten Resto, i'm gonna rate them 4.5 out of 5. It's a rather old hotel, strategically located, next to the Mangkunegara palace, many yummy traditional food vendors, next to an antique market. It's a lively area. Rooms are standard. Services are standard.
