A little bit hidden at Central Solo (Surakarta) with limited rooms, the hotel offers different atmosphere. The site close to shopping mall (Paragon), just a minute walk, or close to many culinary food stalls / restos you can choose, from traditional to modern, and ease access to many tourist destinations, such as The Palace, Batik Traditional market, and many more... Staffs are very kind and helpful, so you will feel at home...

I stayed here for a night. I booked a smart room which is kinda small and compact. If you're not really into 'limited space', consider to book bigger room. Things that I appreciate from this hotel: - Quick check-in - Complete basic amenities: Dental kit, shampoo, body soap, towels - Provide coffee & tea inside your room - Hot & cold water are perfectly working - Great location at the city center 💯 Things that could be improved on (and they should) - I consider the room as not clean, I found stain on the floor, the AC and curtain are rather dusty - I definitely prefer white towel and blanket, not white greyish towel and blanket - Better wifi connection for sure Seriously, for 3 stars hotel, I believe they can do better than that regarding the hygiene. Luckily, I got an affordable price for this room through Agoda. I recommend this hotel if you're on a tight budget.

The room wasn't what we ordered. Eventhough they are full of the choiches that we ordered, but no confirmarion from them until we checked in. Then they said all rooms are full, only one choice (not what we ordered). One of the roomboy said the room wasn't smoking room, but the smell, the ashtray, and the hole on the sofa said differently. We asked another roomboy to confirm about the smoking room, then this one roomboy said it is a smoking room. Even the door is hard to close. We asked for some hotel stuff (like bathroom mat, battery for the remote control, and sandals), they only brings sandals without any other explantion. We have to ask very Very dissappointed in this hotel, not recommended place to stay to take a rest. We had to check out after we showered, we couldn't resist anymore.

I rarely make a hotel review but this one has gone too far. One of the worst staying experience. The hotel is actually located at a prime spot, however it comes with ugly features. 1. There's no toiletteries provided, only toothbrush. I notice there was a soap dispenser only to find that it's empty. Of course I called the reception desk to ask some refill/toiletteries if they had any but none came. Bear in mind that I had to make a second call because there was no housekeeping guy delivered anything to my room. Turns out, they dont bother to send me any toilletteries. 2. The bed sheet is filthy. There were stains every where and it smell damp as if it wasnt dried properly. 3. Bathroom is insanely awful. There were no toilet mats and it was dangerously slippery bcs i had to get out of the bathroom with wet feet. There were MOLDS on the shower, i wonder if they ever cleaned it up or not. Water from the shower reached out the place where I hung the towel, i ended up wrap myself inside a wet towel. 4. After the bad experience inside the bedroom, of course i didnt bother to try breakfast until my daughter asked for the guava juice. Decided to try the juice first to make sure it's safe for my daughter to drink and turned out it tasted like DUST. The cup, omy god, it was as if they havent cleaned it up for years. Also, theres nothing guava in that juice, it feels like watery as if they added tons of water with 1 box of guava juice. Lucky that i only stayed for a night. Sorry but this was a full-blown horrible staying experience. I will never recommend this to anyone.

2 times in 2 consecutive days, I have found there are insects in the room, but the clerk was quite responsive in responding to our request, even though the second time I had to kill the insect myself

Excellent: 1. Fast response staff, helpfull, and very friendly. 2. Other equipment such as lift, TV, water heater, lamp, and electric pot have no problem. 3. Some room have a perfect air conditioner. 4. Decent breakfast. 5. In front of the building, there's a mosque. For you who love "Sunnah", this is a big poin for your prayers. 6. The neighborhood is very friendly and informative. 7. Near almost everything: Small store (warung), Warmindo, restos, traditional street food, present store, batik store, fashion, electronic service, and so on.. You can reach those with just a minute walk. Lovely. Need Improvement: 1. Some air conditioner could be repaired. (Example: 302) 2. In some room, a small space gap near the window even blowing a hot air. This is a problem for the room temperature. (Example: 303) 3. Small parking. 4. The cleanliness could be improved. There's a stain on my spring bed.(Example: 301). This review is the sign that I see a big potential for this place. A really small but serious & consistent tweak, could really make a growth.

Millenial room is dirty, and have a bad smell, I found cockroach crawling on the table. But the other room is good and clean.

Clean, nice and tidy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Water takes quite long time to get hot. Bed is very comfortable. Standard tea-coffee setup available. Located in a small alley, but easy to find, there is signage. However just follow the Google Map. Spent 2 nights here. Nice place to rest after wandering around Solo.

Pros: - connecting rooms. - walking distance to Paragon Mall. - great service & nice staffs. - a very nice coffee shop on the ground floor. - love the full-body-length mirror in the room. - the AC in room 221 was dripping, but the staff promptly fixed it. Cons: - we stayed in rooms 221 & 223, and the rooms were filthy and looked "tired". Cracks on the walls, flat pillows, holes on bedsheets and sofas. We even found some eyelid stickers on the wall. We suggest the housekeeping should do a very deep cleaning to the entire room, including the walls. - bathroom size is actually OK. However in the 221 bathroom: the exhaust fan was out of service, the lighting was too dim, and the shower head looks old & would "die" soon. - although the hotel is located in a calm neighbourhood, during fajr prayers (morning prayers) the adzan (calling for prayer) from a nearby masjid is SUPER loud! - the parking space is very limited, but the staff will help so no need to worry. - breakfast menu was warm, but we didn't enjoy the fried rice & the white rice. The fried noodle was actually tasty but too oily. - we found some insects in the bathroom, but they didn't bother us much. - no fridge in the room. Conclusion: - well, u get what u pay for. - we think this hotel has got a lot of potential, especially because they have got connecting rooms. This can be a plus to attract family travelers. In fact, it was the main reason we chose to book this hotel in the first place (it is very hard to find affordable rooms with connecting rooms). We really hope they will finish the renovation soon, and hopefully we will be back.. if the rooms are clean.

Regrettably, this hotel falls short of expectations. Despite the kind and polite front desk staff, cleanliness issues pervade the entire place, including unclean bedding. The lack of cleanliness significantly diminishes the value for the price paid, making it challenging to recommend this establishment.

The bed in the Millenial Room smells weird, and I can't change the tv channel. There is no trash can in the room, only in bathrom so i hv to get back and forth..

Feels comfortable enough to stay here and affordable enough from the budget for the traveler. the bathroom was clean enough and the air conditioner nice too. All of the stuff we're so friendly. The view of the window of the city of Surakarta makes it more quite good as a memory.

Tidy enough and the lighting is good. A good place to stay at the heart of Surakarta City. The staff was friendly but, the kitchen staff also played at the dining room though there were guests.
