Have 2 nights stay with my family for 3 rooms. At first 1 room smell with smoke then we got the room change swiftly from the front desk. Spacious room with study desk, shower room with complete amenities. For the mineral water, unlike other hotel they gave you water jug to fill water from nearest water dispensers in the corridor. Restaurant, buffet breakfast never ceases to amaze me. They have full range options from western, Indonesian, to local taste (foods, drinks and snacks). All the staff are helpful and always standby for you. Mba Annisa was communicative and attentive during our breakfast, making our day starts happily from the morning. Great job for the Alana and the team!! Awesome job and service 🤗🤗❤️

This hotel is highly recommended if you want to stay with your fams or alone. But, for business trip i am sure that this hotel needs a bit improvement. First of all, i'm dissapointed by their sales team. Super slow respon and non-communicative. As the face and the first player to engange with client, this thing should not be happened. The management needs to pay attention to this problem. Moreover, the technical team whose in charge with the venue needs to pay attention to detail. I ask them to change the background but sadly they didnt. Its a bit unproffesional but i should give them a praise for changing the background immediately after we complained. Now lets talk about their plus. The food was amazing. Thumbs up for their f&b teams. When we ask to change the menu, they did it so well. The front office teams very friendly. I like their swimming pool and gym. I think the facilities is 9/10.

This is my second time staying in Alana Solo. The best place to stay if you are looking for accommodation in Solo near the Airport. So far the services are excellent and I am quiet impressed. All the staff are very friendly and professional, especially Ms. Ria from FnB. We had a great breakfast and Ria gave us a signature drink called Anggur Jawa, a freshing herbal drink and very traditional. Thanks Ria, all FnB crew, and all Staffs of Alana. I had a great stay. Hopefully I will have a third stay next time.

One of the hotels in Solo with a pretty good reputation. But the service still seems old school. Not like the modern hotels that are trending now. The elevator does not work partially. The rooms are quite good but some of the details of the equipment are a lot like being neglected. For breakfast there are very many choices and quite tasty. to order food the price is quite expensive for a solo city. Overall just okay.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. Wibi and Roy provided the most excellent and unforgettable service! They honestly made the experience unforgettable, ensuring that we were assisted at all times. Constantly clearing our tables and encouraging us to try their signature beverage Anggur Jawa. Literally every single staff member was so helpful! Sister and I were so impressed<3

Have a 20 days long stay here. My favorite things from this hotel is, their breakfast (they have various option of dishes, and its all delicious). All their staff also very kind, friendly and helpful. The location are super,,near from Airport and just 10minutes to city center. Nice experience!

A nice place to stay. Very cozy and the price is affordable for a 4-stars hotel. I didn't see all the facilities at the time when I was here, but I'm sure this place has a lot of good facilities. There is also a pool table near the reception that you can use, although I suggest that it is best to put the pool table in a place where the user can have a smoke. The other thing that I can give my suggestion is the width of the paths that lead to the parking area and the exit. When I was driving through it, I feel like the paths are a little bit narrow for bigger cars such as Alphard or CRV. I know it's going to take some time to renovate, but I think it's worth it to make the paths wider for bigger cars. I'm sure the customer's satisfaction is your number 1 priority in your hotel. What I like about the hotel. Located in a strategic area, surrounded by many coffee shop, convenient stores, and restaurants. Internet speed was good. Their bed was firm enough. Food for breakfast was OK, not the best, but still enjoyable. Complete selection from western to asian menus. Bathroom clean and fresh especially their towels. Fresh, clean, fluffy. Hot water works well with a good water flow. Wash basin big enough, has complete amenities. Big bathroom mirror and full body mirror on the wardrobe. They do not provide water bottle in the room, instead they provide a clean jug for us to free refill from water dispenser outside the room. I like as they clean the jug very well. Staffs were all nice and polite. What I don’t like from the hotel. Oftentimes full. Crowded with people. Poor soundproofing as we can hear noise from guests in the aisle or even during midnight from outside the hotel. Since we take the drinking water from a common water dispenser, I personally think it is not hygiene enough as we never know if other guests bottle / jug touch the tip of the water dispenser. The gym facility was quite small, but still acceptable and complete enough. The espresso in their buffet restaurant taste very acidic and I personally don’t like the coffee taste.

This is one of my favorite hotel in Java. Stayed in a lot of hotels in Java, but Alana Solo made me put a high standard of Hotel Services. The room, the food, the service, the staffs, were sooo good! Cleanliness, hospitality, they are serious about this. And I need to tell this, that Mr. Moses was nice, helpful and showed the hospitality in sincere. For sure I'll come back to Alana if I visit Solo!!!

For me, this hotel is really good if you're traveling with you're family. It's kids friendly. There are 3 types of pools. A kiddie pool, a hot pool that has a whirlpool in the middle, and a normal pool. The waters are so clean. My room has lots of space which is a plus. But I found a pill in my room. I don't know if it's either a medicine or maybe even dr*gs. Besides that, everything is good. Would recommend.

The cleanliness of the hotel is very well maintained, the hotel facilities are quite adequate such as elevators, escalators, and toilets. the place for parking is quite spacious too, and there is also a ballroom for holding an event or wedding with a large enough room and also comfortable to use.

its oke for a hotel but disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Stayed there almost a week. Extra precautions when parking you car cause a narrow parking lot. Its a convention hotel so breakfast is full of people, some food venue unmanned...the hotel got a variety of food but the taste is nothing special. No sausage 😂, i even have to struggle for a decent toast..no toaster just a small oven😂 The elevator kindda spooky, and the room lack of maintenance..i only got cotton bud on my first day. Btw there is a clothing stall at the hotel lobby, they got an unique leaf painted fabric. Be sure to check it out

The swimming pool, gym, and kid's corner are on the same floor and all great (big plus for pool with hot water). Foods are great, spacious room and parking lot, friendly and fast service. In short, I got what I paid for.

Happy with the service given during the breakfast during our 2 nights stay. We were assisted by Pak Topan and Bu Annisa in the restaurant. Breakfast items were ok however didn’t have many options for the children.

By far the best, nicest and friendliest hotel in all of Solo! Everything is always neat and clean here. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The pool and fitness center is new and has great equipment. Big compliments to the ladies at the front desk and many thanks for this lovely stay.

Nice and clean hotel room. The room have quite big space. Just slow hot water in bathroom. I have to wait several minutes to get it. Body lotion and other amenities have nice smell. I still enjoy the ordinary breakfast.

Rich variety of breakfast, good taste. Agiel kindly showed the additional menu. We ordered smoothies which already finished and replaced with kopyor milkshake. The shakes were a little bit too sweet for us.

Room was spacious, staff was Okay not excellent but it was Okay. Location is near restaurant, so food delivery is not big hassle here, But the breakfast? Oh GOD, where do i start, 1.The pasta server is not cooked enough, it still feel raw and some part it still hard to chew, and the paprika is still has raw taste when it get chewed. 2.The biryani rice is so plain, it's different from the taste from middle East one, who have slightly savoury taste 3.The main buffet, yellow rice "nasi kuning" It still hard to digest, where it should be steamy and little bit soft but this yellow rice,gosh it's to the point that not edible 4.Beef rica rica? What the heck, the beef should have some texture to chew, but this one is quickly dissolve into your throat and leave bad taste like it was artificial, please use "Real Beef" Not the one with ground or "artificial" One, you guys should consider to change this menu because it's very very awful to taste 5.Teh Tubruk, this is so bitter, when the part you should get some creamer or milk to lowered down it's bitterness, but the staff only give me the plain very very bitter tea without suggesting or adding milk / creamer in it. It has wide selection of food indeed, the drink except teh tubruk, dessert choices, and other than the buffet is okay to be expected from 4 stars hotel, Overall dining experience was traumatizing, as hotelier you should check and do food testing especially at buffet breakfast before served it to customer.

I stay for 2 nights (family room triple). I think this is better than Alana Jogja for sure, for cleanliness and rooms. Service was good and helpful. The canapes and tapas was good. There are a nice kids area like playground at the lobby. Also there are a parmesan wheel of cheese surprisingly at breakfast. Minor things that can improve/fix : - Minibar not cold at all, but you can ask them to stored your item at the kitchen chiller. But still, please fix it, this is important for some people. - Bfast menu 2 days in a row was same, and the chef at every station was ready at 6.30-ish meanwhile the breakie start at 6.00. - Some of the sushi was hard and some of them was fresh, dunno why. - Mineral water gallon was always empty if you want to add your water, need to call receptionist to help to change it. - Also the bathroom water flow is stagnant. Pls repair it.

First time try the unique Javanese Wine, mix from grape and many Herbals. Off course this is Halal to consume bcoz no alcohol content. Only at Alana Hotel solo. Thank you to pak Wibi who introduce me with this drink. Serve as a proper wine but no alcohol and full of heathy herbal. Good job Alana to invented such a drink.

This hotel getting old. After pandemic very not interested for the facility. In the room they dont provide bottle for drink water, but such 2 star hotel you can do refill outside room.

We stayed at the Alana Solo hotel, checked in on July 7 and checked out on July 9. At the time of arrival there were no staffs who appeared to be on guard in front of the lobby door, so we had to seek staff assistance to get inside. When we wanted to check out on July 9, we called for help for a trolly that didn't come, we even called the receptionist up to 3 times and finally we brought our luggage ourselves. Even when we were about to put our suitcases into the car, the officers around the lobby did not take the initiative to offer help and only looked at us as we lifted our suitcases into the car ourselves. I believe for a 4-star hotel class it shouldn't have this bad service, hopefully the hotel management can fix this shortcoming even though it's clear we won't be staying at this hotel again

Great hotel for staycation when you are in Solo, esp with children. Thejr new menu, Anggur Jawa is delicious! And the servicd, esp. Wibi is oustanding. Will def recommend!

First Four-star(was it five? I don't know tho)hotel I've visited in Solo. The room was extremely good, clean, and spotless. Even cozier than my own home. Surprised me too when i got a snack that the person from the hotel send to my room, and she said it's a "VIP Treatment" and i was just ordered the room via Application. Unlimited warm water too. Even at night. Almost cried when i have to leave the place. Although a bigger parking site in the future will be helpful because at the time i drove a quite big motorcycle.

Excellent place to stay, warm welcoming and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Buffet meals are a little pricey but good selection and themes (like Italian or BBQ night) and are all u can eat.

the room is clean but the water is inadequate & uncomfy. we are reluctant to use the bottle since we havent wash it itself better provide soap to self clean it. for breakfast please improve the music choices & dont repeat it too many times.

their hospitality is very good. all staffs are so helpful. the room is so neat and clean. so is the bed and the toilet. the room air conditioner works well but sadly the refrigerator was not quite cool. we already adjust the temperature they have one large swimming pool and one small warm water pool, i guess it is open for 24 hours they start to get some occasions held there. it is so crowded but stil, they use the protocol during pandemics. it is so nice to witness it

I can highly recommended Alana Solo for staycation with family or for your business trip. I have amazed on how the managers and staff served me and family. Starting from Pak Kukuh , we met in front of the restaurant and had a chit chat on my sons having birthday that day and a few minutes later, all staff have my son a birthday cake surprise.. ( i may forget the chitchat with pak Kukuh, but he and crew make me not forget how i feel staying here). Then, during our breakfast, you guys have a great staff mbak Refiana who always helpful and ready to serve us, being so kind and very nice to us.. she is great and very customers oriented staff. Thank you Alana Solo.. looking forward staying here again. Keep up all the good work ! Ps : but you guys need to improve the housekeeping department. They are so slow response. I asked to clean my roon, but they never come, i need to make twice call to ask them to come and clean😊

the rooms are good, clean and neat. quite spacious too. breakfast is disappointing, dimsum is salty, meatball is cut thin (you can't say it's meat"ball" since you don't get a ball, please, only super thin slices). the only one good is the egg station. maybe next time will only reserve rooms without breakfast.

I spent my time in this hotel for meeting, and the service is excellent.. The food in the restaurant is very nice, the dessert is yummy.. but maybe there is toilet room that broken, and not clean enough.. but overall its recomended hotel for staycation or meeting!

It seems the hotel is new, i booked Deluxe and the room is large. Checkin was easy, breakfast was great, its has western, indonesian and local cuisine! expected from Aston chain hotels. Water pressure is great too, no hassle taking bath here but it has uneven floor, therefore its has water in some parts. Wifi was bad, its slow. There were sounds from next room, its between thin wall between room or the guest played music too loud, i can heard it through 10pm. Parking area is small, consist of only two floor, B1 and B2. Location is quite far from city. Overall, its great hotel with great breakfast and room but with decent price.

Part of Archipelago group, this hotel can be said as more luxurious sibling of Aston hotel. Breakfast choice is superb, lot of choices and taste is delicious. One of my best experience for hotel breakfast during trip to Solo. Wifi is fast, enjoy working at the hotel and having teleconference without any glitch Positioned as more luxuries than Aston, I found the shower area have less facility. Rainfall shower available at Aston yet simple shower only at Alana Location wise very near to Airport yet quite far from city

Very reccomended! Family-friendly hotel. This hotel is not only have a super facilities, but the human resources quality is amazing. The staffs are helpful and friendly. They routinely held various events for free, such as zumba dance and mini class for kids.

Good service. Room is clean, the towel is clean too. But the connecting room is so noisy. I can hear sound of beside my room. Breakfast menu's is variety. The most favorite are pasta, cheese, and wafle. My son like the banana fried. He order it twice.

Alana was surprisingly good. Room is spacious Parking also not bad Breakfast food range quite a lot with egg station too The king size bed is comfy Swimming pool also nice! Too bad there was an event in the area beside the pool and garbage everywhere at that time. Can be better in managing event so guest convenience is not compromised.

The hotel is not located in the city center but it is closer to highway gate. Room is clean. Food is not the best but service is excellent. You may order a very nice hot cappuccino during breakfast for a discounted price at 67% (normal price is IDR30K). Elevator is kinda slow. Aquamarine at level 2 has the best atmosphere as it has views to the city. It is located at the same level as the pool and gym. Apparently in Solo, it is the policy of the city to reduce plastic waste so the hotel provides glasses and water jug instead of bottled water. You may refill your drinking water from dispensers that are available at every level.

Superb. Good location, affordable price, awesome breakfast (the variety and the taste just great) and very friendly staff. Definitely will stay here again.

Not going here for sleep tho but for seminar that my lecturer held, the hall is big, somewhat soundproof. The place so clean, even the toilet. And I feel comfortable here because I am a "hotel fans". Then the snacks and the foods that is served here are delicious, I will love to eat here all day long hehee.

Breakfast was great as this hotel is 4 star. If you have kids travel with you, this hotel have many attraction for them. Thank you Mba Wiwin, Mba Anissa, Mba Ria and all restaurant staff that really helpful and nice to take care my baby while i had breakfast and lunch. It's better if the bathroom has non slip mat, because it's too slippery. Also exit sign on the basement made me confused, not really clear for the pathway. Would be nice if there's safety tools for electricity when the guest bring along kids with them.

Excellent! I stayed in their Grand Deluxe Room. Everything was okay, the staffs was super friendly and professional. Reviewing Alana Solo, of course i am comparing to its brother, which is Aston Solo. From my recent experience, Alana Solo is better than Aston Solo. As for the Grand Deluxe Room, it is quite spacious with high efficiency. It has sofa equipped with adjustable small table (similar to Novotel). They use Indihome for the entertainment and you can access all the HBO related channel. The bed, linen, blanket, and pillow is pretty comfortable enough to make me go to dream land. AC works very well, also you can immediately suit your room temperature from the AC configuration. I ordered their food. It was delicious, even though the rice was overcooked. It located just a few minutes away from Adi Sumarmo International Airport (SOC) and around 15 minutes to Solo's downtown. Breakfast was good. A lot of selection. It really was a pleasant stay! This hotel is manage by Aston. A well known hotel manajemen brand in Indonesia. Everything was good from services, the room itself and choice of foods and taste during breakfast. Recommended when visit to Solo City.

The room looked old. Chair cover was torn and patches. Basin in the toilet was cracked. Breakfast buffet is just great. Very courteous and helpful service by all the staff. They were serving with a smile, one could feel it, even behind the mask 😊

Excellent service, friendly staffs, great breakfast/food (a large variety of food provided)! The rooms are minimalistic, clean and tidy! Staffs here are friendly as they help guide us around Solo and they give great recommendations! Kudos to one of the staffs as well, Annisa, her service was great and superb. Breakfast hours are extremely crowded, but the staff managed to help us get a table in one of the exclusive rooms! 10/10, overall a good place, recommended for stay!

Best Hotel in Solo City managed by Aston. Room is spacious, clean and comfy. Breakfast is tasty with many of variety from local to international. Services is wonderful and make you want to stay more. Price is medium high yet it would be better if can be lower. Location is not in city central but it is not far.

I was served the anggur jawa during breakfast and it tasted delightful! Made out of a range of Indonesian spices, would totally recommend! My server of the day was Mas Iskandar, extremely friendly and helpful!

The room is very comfortable and clean, starting from the arrival bellboy swiftly providing assistance, the check in and check out process at the front office is also very super fast and the officers ( Ms yessa) are very friendly in providing information.
