My first time came to Solo and we decided to stay at this hotel when we entered to the room the Ac was not working, the room was very hot and we reported to the front office and they asked us to move to another room but still same the AC was not working as well, Wifi was so slow. When we want to take a bath the hot water was not working. THE SERVICE DID NOT MET EXPECTATION.

Checked in at 9:25 PM. Tried to call room service for dinner. Number was always busy. Checked with receptionist. She explained room service closed at 9:00 PM. Too early to close room service! Sounds from other rooms and the hall way can be easily heard from my room. Had a hard time trying to get sleep in a room that has no sound proof. Planned to have breakfast before leaving at 6:15. But resto opens at 6:30. What kind of a hotel that serves breakfast starting at 6:30?? They gave 2 boxes of rice for breakfast to go without any spoon. What a lousy service! Definitely not coming back and will not recommend people to stay here!

Still new hotel, so the room is still clean. Minus point is they have bad bad wifi, they don't provide tissue paper inside the room (only roll tissue at toilet). Ordinary breakfast menu, but the restaurant ambience is very nice. The room is not woman friendly for doing makeup, and lack of lighting for doing makeup. I don't like their towel, not so fresh & litfle bit smelly for me. Overall still ok.

This hotel provides good value bed and breakfast for the money. The room is spacious and clean and completely furnished but don't expect minibar nor safes, let alone fancy interior design. No bath tub for superior and deluxe rooms, but you can get a nice hot shower though the towels really need some improvement if not replacement. Plenty of choice served at breakfast, mostly tasty Indonesian food, with addition of cereals and bread for those who prefer light breakfast. Some traditional snacks and drinks like Jamu is also available.

The location is very strategic, near a shopping mall. The breakfast is decent, choices mainly consist of Indonesian/Javanese food. The room is spacious and clean, but the bathroom lock is sometimes stuck and locked itself. The service is good.

Spend a family holiday with my 5m y.o. baby and everything goes excellent. The room were so clean and tidy. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. A staff on the restaurant offers me a hand when I need milk for my cereal (I bring my baby with me). Definitely will come back later 🙂

Yesterday I have Grand Seminar of my company in this hotel, so very excited for meeting and have a conventional room, great 👍🏻

Nothing special in this hotel. All are standard services. Eventually you can hear other room bring crowded-people in his room noisy. For breakfast; you need come ASAP to have a good meal. Overall it's still 3 stars-hotel services.

A good choice to stay. The room was clean and the bed was big enough. I stayed at 5th floor and the view was great, the price was affordable and you dont need to give any deposite upon check-in. The location is close to the department store and cafeteria. The toiletries was complete, what makes it uncomfortable is that the towel was dirty and the water heater was not stable only worked for a while and then only cold water. That's all, the rest is okay and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, especially for receptionist.

Pleasant one night stay at ToSan Hotel, friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms. it's just that the food menu at breakfast is less varied and less fast in refilling food and drinks that have run out. Overall, the hotel is comfortable and the environment is clean. Only advice for the restaurant section.. 👌👍👍
