Wow! I stayed here in 1990 and it already had a reputation in the Lonely Planet books as the best guest house in town. I remember the place fondly, such a nice family working there and I met many travelers from around the world. Coming back to the guest house one evening I spotted a white buffalo walking the streets by himself. Magical! I hope to come back here again.

I stayed the westerners home stay in 2000. It was great stay that I still remembered the staffs are friendly and room was tidy up. I d like to visit you again!

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We very much appreciated the room, although it was quite normal. There was actually an option to get one with air conditioning at a higher price, but we decided to cut the cost down and it was fine. The manager was especially nice, which made us appreciate our stay even more. She sent us suggestions for events and restaurants via whatsapp to make our experience easier. The only thing I would highlight is that the hotel's rule is to return no later than 22h00. So it is not a suitable facility for those who want to experience Solo night.

Clean rooms with an attached shower for reasonable price, friendly and calm owner. Small tranquil oasis amongst hustle-bustle of city centre. What do require more?

Super lovely host who took time to welcome us, tell us about Solo’s attractions and best food spots. The room (economy) was very simple but for the price it was fair. Everything was clean and while the room didn’t have AC, the fan worked well. The host let us store our bags for the day and even let us shower before hopping on the night train. Such a lovely time - thank you!

Clean and affordable. No guests allowed to your room. Nice common spaces, but not much garden and absolutely no views. All in all good one in the budget range. 85k for cheapest room when I'm writing this.

Calm, quiet and friendly staff. Prices can be negotiated depending on the season, etc. I found it the best option in the area for price and peace. The rooms are big and most have there own bathroom inside the room, the cheaper rooms the bathroom is shared. This place also has a lot of comfortable seating for taking a rest, reading or tea. The staff gave me a nice tea after I asked it was really nice !
