Some minor findings made my stay not as pleasant as intended. First of all, this hotel is designed & operated as a resort, but it lacks some necessary facilities, like restaurant, in-door meeting rooms or gym. Other findings are much related to the quality. Rooms are personally equiped with a private pool -which is nice- but the room itself requires maintenance. Outdoor wooden panels need water proof re-finishing. Rodents (rats) are living under the roof, the main gate and door room can not be locked properly, the air conditioner was difficult to control, and the cupboard lacks a rack to hang your clothes. The room also lacks an in-house telephone and somehow there is no safe deposit box. Amenities are somehow limited for a resort-style hotel. Only two towels were provided eventhough there is a pool that requires additional towels. In comparaison the price you have to spend, I find this hotel on the value borderline. Not my cup of tea.

Overall a nice stay experience, comfort bed, affordable and good location. It would be nicer if the cleanliness and the garden get more attention to maintain, keeping up the private villa concept. I saw they are doing upgrading and renovation to some of the villas, hopefully getting better on my next stay. Notes: bring your own bath amenities and also food or drinks to put on the big refrigerator. They don't have any telephone on the each villa, so expect to back & forth to the lobby if you need any assistance. Room also not soundproofed, you can easily hear anyone near your room having conversation in the room, pool or even the shower room.

Where do I begin? *Beware of this Villa* 1). Arriving at this Villa the place was a mess. There was dirt around the kitchen, left over food/lettuce in the fridge. 2). Pool had dirt floating on top of it. 3). Bedroom had torn curtains, broken AC panel to turn and adjust temperature etc. Gaps when door closes and that allowed mosquitoes to come in. 4). Dirty bathroom, some parts of the building had mold. Light above dirty and rusted. Water from the shower seemed slimey left the skin feeling unusual. 5). If you want to feel robbed and the possibility of catching a disease please feel free to waste your time and hard earned money at this Villa. 6). Polite warning to future customers, if you have booked this place in advance, paid for in full, if you have an issue with the Villa, they will cause you problems with a refund. They will cut a large sum of money from the initial payment and will delay what is due to you in payment. In Conclusion, please visit a place in person before paying and know there are plenty of good places around which truly understand the Hotel business, customer service and hospitality. The Edelweiss Hideaway Solo, does not know above and they will truly Hideaway the disgusting service and your money if you are foolish enough to spend your money with them.

Good service and fast respond. Good experience to have a private pool when stay in this place, a little bit need to increase for pool cleaning. Room price is competitive compared with the competitors. Room price include breakfast, but limited options. One of the good place to stay when come to Solo area.

The concept was very good with affordable price, almost likely some resort in Bali,very unique and quiet environment. But please pay attention about the cleanliness, some part of the room rather dirty and poorly maintained, such as the private pool, behind toilet, and pantry. The staff really really friendly and kind. Keep up the good service.

Superb... This place is not too far from town center, but have very calm atmosphere due to surrounded by rice field. That, and with addition of ethnic theme on interior and exterior design, fit perfectly with it's name.. However, this place isn't my style actually, since I prefer modern looks for a place to stay. I mean, look at the door to the room, still using padlock, not card lock system. It's appropriate with it's traditional and ethic theme I think, so it depends on your preference actually 😅.. Plus side: each room has personal swimming pool, small pantry, fridge, small terrace, and the toilet is an Intelligent Toilet (how come a toilet could be so Intelligent?🤔 Just see your self 😉), good atmosphere for honeymoon, ethic theme (really depends on how much you love the theme) Minus side: no restaurant, but breakfast delivered to our room (Indonesian food only, and we cannot choose menu it is a minus for me), no remote control for Air Conditioning (there's a switch provided at the make up table, near the door) so we cannot adjust temperature while in bed, not a budget hotel, ethic theme (depends on your preference)

Private pool but not private at all, right above me are construction builders with their noise watching me using my "private pool".. if the parking is full you should notice the car that come inside to park, no one noticing me so I have to put my gear on reverse to come out

Unfortunately i have to give 3 star for this hotel. There is something why i put. 3 star. Positive things: 1. Not too far from main road 2. Near rice field Negative things: 1. Old blinding 2. The smell is not good 3. Building is broken in everywhere 4. Breakfast is standard 5. Private swimming pool little bit smell and dirty.

Basic concept room is AWESOME! Breakfast juga not bad worth for thr price. Last but not least, why not to try invite the Influencer and hotel reviewer so can increase the guests? 😉

We stayed this place for 2 nights. The concept of this hotel/villa is unique, with affordable price you can het a room with a private pool inside, even the private pool is only around 1.2 meter deep. The room need more maintenance I guess, especially in the corners. Note : 1. don't forget to bring extension cables if you plan to stay here, because there's not much power socket. 2. You need to park your car outside the hotel, but it's safe.

Good concept. BUT rundown, dirty, smelly, poor service. Our room was not made up or cleaned. Stained bed sheets and pillows, old smelly towels...not good. Pool not well maintained and seemed dirty. Breakfast provided but dirty dishes etc never removed. Evidence of rats in kitchen. Poor lighting. Very disappointing. Definitely would not recommend.
