Like having a private swimming pool where you can dive in whenever you want. The room is big and quite spacious. Very helping and friendly staffs. Good and delicious breakfast menu, can't wait for another visit there. A bit trouble with strangers sitting on the room's porch, but it was only a minor problem that you can settle fast.

Nice hotel, cool pool, and nice staff. I have problem with the damp & bad odor bedsheets, the staff nicely change it after I call them.

The hotel have more pool, between room space. They did swimming at night or morning. Nice place taken family, meeting and recreation. Frontline service have better serve customer. Holiday, Working, get booking hotel... enjoy it

Actually the room not bad at all, they have a cute balcony with a poll view. I love this hotel because i feel a Bali vibe here, but the breakfast just limited. So if you want to enjoy Solo i recommend you to choose this hotel for staying and sleep, and if u want to culinary trip just go outside. Hope this review can help other people. XOXO Laguna

fast check in, fresh hotel at Solo. It seems like villa concept in Bali, like the situation at night. But we can not sleep well, for me the bed should be more softer. We just already slept at Yogya at the hotel with same star and they have more comfort bed and pillow. Since we often go to Solo, maybe i will come back again because its ambience.

What a nice place, they has 3 mini swimming pools, cool! Placed in the middle between airport & the city. Its only took about 15" To the airport.

1. Tempat parkir kotor. 2. NO HOSPITALITY AT ALL. 3. No communication in between the hotel staff. 4. We made booking prior, via hotel marketing. When we checked in, mentioned that rooms were not ready. Meanwhile, one couple showed up after us, right away got their room. 5. I am not impressed with the service given by the hotel. This is only check-in, not even enter the room yet. 6 we’ve been waiting almost 30 minutes from check-in time. 7. Finally we were told that room was ready by 14.35. 8. One staff placed drinks on the table in front of us by the lobby and didn’t say anything at all. Again, no hospitality. 9. Trash everywhere, even in front of our room, paper napkins, cigarette butts, coffee sachet, straw. 10. Follow up from hotel, apology from the marketing staff, trashes were cleaned and free of charge for flower bouquet. 11. Aside of those, rooms were spacious, swimming pool in front of the rooms, kids were happy. 12. On our last day, apology was extended by the manager and his team. They came to visit our room with the cake as a gesture. Thank you for follow up on the concern raised. 13. Review on the star changed.

a perfect villa-styled hotel, it feels like you're in a private home because in front of your rooms are swimming pool (if you reserve in lower floor rooms). nice and cozy place, perfect for family trips, the price are really worth the experience (they usually give discount on holidays). the staff are quite friendly, maybe they could train their receptionist to be more helpful and nice (last time I saw them they looked so ignorant, not even giving a smile) other than that, it is a best family hotel in Solo

Clean room, the smell is okay. The room really big even if you compare to Alila Hotel which twice the price. There's nothing special with the food, except for the tofu in the gudeg. Overall it's worth it Oh its 20 minutes with car to the SCBD.

TRY ROOM 206, THE NOISE FROM WATER PUMP MACHINE IS DEPRESSING, ALREADY REPORT AND COMPLAIN YET THE HOTEL SAID IT IS WHAT IT IS....NOT A RECOMMENDED HOTEL

Good architecture, poor maintenance. Especially the bathroom's towel and noise come from water pump.

Good ambience for family. All rooms are head to the swimming pool. Modern minimalist architecture.
