we
checked
in,
mentioned
that
rooms
were
not

Meanwhile,
one
couple
showed
up
after
us,
right
away
got
their
room.

service

the
hotel.
This
is
only
check-in,
not
even
enter
the
room
yet.

check-in

we
were
told
that
room

ready

staff
placed
drinks
on
the
table
in
front
of
us
by
the
lobby
and
didnβt
say
anything

all.
Again,
no
hospitality.

everywhere,
even

front
of
our
room,
paper
napkins,
cigarette
butts,
coffee
sachet,
straw.

Follow
up
from
hotel,
apology
from
the
marketing
staff,
trashes
were
cleaned
and
free
of
charge
for
flower
bouquet.

Aside
of
those,
rooms
were
spacious,
swimming
pool
in
front
of
the
rooms,
kids
were
happy.

On
our
last
day,
apology
was
extended
by
the
manager
and
his
team.
They
came
to
visit
our
room
with
the
cake
as
a
gesture.
Thank

for
follow
up
on
the
concern
raised.
