Came here seeing good reviews, but these focus on the location not what they do. Disgusting treatment of the birds, looking depressed, chained up, in cages and looking ill. First sight of a bird was trying to dig it's way out of the cage. There's no food in the cages so they learn to jump on visitors for food. Do not come here if you have morals for wildlife. They don't give refunds and wish I could get my money back as was expensive too. See photos below...

There is a wide range of animals here. They appear to have ample sized cages. It was nice to feed them and to interact with the animals. The road up to the park is a beautiful drive. You can buy food to feed the animals. There is a restaurant. Cost of entry is 400 baht per person. The pigeons are extremely eager to greet people who have bird food!

It seems like this part used to be an amazing one. Covid did not do well to this park as it was not well-maintained. It was a pity to see so many animals and birds and parrots and other animals in captivity. The view is breathtaking and the pool is really great

This is hell not paradise !!!! The entrance cost 400 BHT per person and I was hoping that they put the money to good use, however this is not the way animals should be kept. The parrots pull out their feathers which is a sign of distress, the rabbits live on concrete as do all the animals with no green, no tree branches nothing. We did not see any deer and it’s a sad sight. At the entrance there is a sign “No refund” they probably have a lot of people trying to claim their money back.

Paradise Park Farm is a beautiful place to visit in Koh Samui. There are a lot of animals and an enormous garden that is very well-maintained. The coolest activity is feeding and observing the pigeons. These pigeons are white with tails that come in shades of pink, blue, yellow, and orange. It's very unusual, and honestly, we didn't understand if it's natural or they color them. They also have very cute deer, but to access them, you need to pass through the goat's enclosure; there's no other way. The goat attempted to approach us and even attack, but it wasn't dangerous. Then, there are iguanas, rabbits, parrots, and ducks. In the garden, they have a variety of flowers, coconuts, and even durian (known as the king of fruits) and pomelo. They've created small winding paths for you to discover the treasures of their enchanting garden. Additionally, there's a very beautiful swimming pool and a restaurant serving Eastern and Thai cuisine. The views are stunning. They also offer a viewpoint where you can enjoy a swing and capture beautiful pictures. Tickets are a little expensive : 400 Baths per person, kids will love the place.

Fun place with lots of birds and amazing views. Great road for cars and motorbikes and plenty of parking. Highly recommend. Nice pool and restaurant too.

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, only birds remained in the park, but everything is compensated by the stunning view at the end of the park. We were pleased with the visit, although there is not much to do in the park. For the absence of animals, we got a discount for the ticket.

400 baht per adult. They will give you a bird food. It's good for sightseeing and also swimming pool may give you owesome photo. For those who does not swim like me, nothing to do except taking the photos with birds. As for me, 400 baht is expensive.

Such a beautiful place. Animals are happy and healthy. This is a little hidden gem we discovered today and still in awe of this place. Gardens are so well cared for. A huge appreciation must go to the restaurant staff, the lady was running crazy with an overload of visitors and still got me a charger for my phone with a smile. I’m a zoo owner , I read the bad reviews and I think those people are totally wrong. I’m very impressed with this cute little spot.

Interesting park and farm with a variety of animals and with a great view of ko samui. Not forgetting the colorful pigeons. Great place to visit with family and kids to spend the day there. Have a swimming pool as well which you can take a dip in.

I don't know if this is the way to keep animals, or not, but DEFINITELY I felt very very sad for many of them. The parrots can't fly...and kept in cages. The Ara ones were even annoyed from us, getting inside their cage.... Ducks with NO water in their pond. Rabbits in a dry area. Iguanas in a too small cage! Peacock with short tails kept in cages too... Thumbs up: The garden, view, and pool VERY nice. But 400 bat certainly overpaid!!!!!

Cute facility but lacking grandeur. No guide available for the park so you're left to wander freely but it also lacks signage for directions to different attractions (enclosures need signage to identify animals too). A few exotic birds but other animals are common such as rabbits, deer, geese, and goats. Went on a semi-rainy day so the pool did not get used. The facility might be better converting to a bird sanctuary as the price of admission is not worth the visit but if it was a donation going to ensure the animals were being properly taken care of it would change my perspective (deer should not be fed bananas as a primary source of food). Bottom line, it has potential but not worth putting on a list as a primary destination for a day.

There are few birds, mainly pigeons, parrots and peacocks. The ticket cost 400 Baht, which is a lot for such a place. There is a swimming pool with a beautiful view.

Nice small park with birds you can feed. Plus fee other animals. Little bit overpriced entrance and difficult road access.

This place could be a nice stop over with kids, but there are some issues that raised concerns. Unique colorful pigeons, which you can feed - but they greedly jump on you and scare kids (and some adults too). Lady at the counter was surprisingly unfriendly, just rushed us to give her money for the entrance without answering any of my questions (there was no queue - just us). Entrance is expensive. The biggest concern is how the animals are caged there - PETA folks would not be thrilled here..

Although I seldom pen reviews, this occasion urged me to do so. Much of the information available online about this place is blatantly out of date. We got there during midday, and to our surprise, we were the only visitors present. I strategically parked my car under a tree for the shade, considering the comfort it would offer upon our return. However, the lady at the ticket counter, who was noticeably unwelcoming, instructed me to relocate my car to a sunlit area - bear in mind that ours was the solitary vehicle in the entire parking lot. Upon approaching her to purchase tickets, we were met with an immediate demand for payment without any form of reciprocation to our friendly greetings. She simply sat there, glaring at us with a scowl. Once inside, we were engulfed by a flurry of doves - a novel encounter which we found enjoyable, evidenced by the children's laughter and delight. However, as we ventured further into the park, we found a noticeable dearth of animals - only a handful of caged birds were present. There were numerous trails leading into a steep valley which we had expected would lead us to more animals. We took the challenging trek down the mountain on foot, only to be met with disappointment at the lack of fauna. Moreover, most of the directional signs were damaged beyond recognition, leaving us guessing where they were meant to lead. The trails were grossly overgrown and poorly maintained. Some footbridges were in a state of decay, forcing us to leap over several sections to circumvent potential collapse. I had high hopes for this place, wanting to truly relish the experience. Sadly, it proved to be a disheartening encounter and definitely not commensurate with the hefty entrance fee. Here's hoping they manage to rejuvenate the park soon!

Having been here 5 years ago and loving it, our recent visit was exceptionally disappointing. Prices are up from what they were a few years ago and the amount of animal interaction is way down. Most of the cages which you used to be able to walk through are locked. Bigger animals are pretty much gone. Overall it's super disappointing as this used to be a lovely place for kids, but can't recommend it at this stage.

Nice place to spend few hours among birds and other small animals or stay there for longer if you want to relax next to the pool. It's quite popular among families with kids as it's a great place to pet parrots, baby-goats or sheep or play with an iguana or simply chase pigeons. Restaurant food can be hit and miss - our pizza and burger were way too far from the greatest but people next to us liked their grilled chicken with cashew. Besides seeing birds and animals and enjoying the pool, you can also hike a bit (beware, it's hilly!) at the property while admiring the views. It did seem some of the animals were a little stressed but I couldn't tell it's way more than in an ordinary zoo. The point is, it's hardly possible to recreate natural habitat and keep any animal happy in captivity. So if you cannot stand that idea, it's probably best you don't go there.

Beautiful scenery park on top of the hill with amazing views, little contact zoo and tons of different kind of birds and lizards. Kids had a blast there. Swimming pool is to cool down after all that walking and to sip drink with a view on the panoramic jungle and islands around. Food is delicious in the restaurant.

Colourful birds when you enter are very interesting and they will love to end on your hand if you have something to eat. I am not a fan of places with prisoned animals especially if it's visible that the animals are not feeling well. The big parrots here are a visibly stressed - they have nothing to do, nothing much is in that cage. The lizards don't have a proper place to stay, it's a cage without normal surface for them to walk, and it is not clean either. The enterance fee is not that small and should be used on wellbeing of the animals. Otherwise the place has a nice garden and it is located on a hill with splendid views.

One of the few places still going in Samui , kids really enjoyed it especially the birds as you enter , good little activity for around an hour, could be longer if you take swim suits & stay for lunch

Nice place and not crowdy. Maybe because it’s quite far from everything 😁 But definitely worth it! Entrance fee for adults - 400 THB Children - 200 THB The pool has some weird chemicals that stings the eyes. That’s even without diving with the open eyes in the pool 🏊🏼‍♂️ Advice - don’t dive with the head. Recommend ☝🏼

Beautiful garden and the best view of Ko Samui. The entrance looks kinda trashy but inside it’s amazing. 400 bath per adult is fair for that view!

  • 1/5 Thomas F. 1 year ago on Google
Not worth a visit after Covid. You pay 400 bath for intrance for a park you can visit in 10 minuts. Pegions, a few cages with birds and some rabbits, no other amimals. Wonderfull view points but a long way up.

A very good place - if you are with kids. The price is ok: 400THB per Adult, small kids go free. The main attraction for them is right behind the entrance: painted pigeons which you can feed and they happily „attack“ you, when you have bird food in your hand (yes you can get scratched! Shake off the birds if they start fighting on your hand 😉 ) The other birds in the cages or parrots chained is another attraction for kids, but not for people who love animals. It’s not the worst, neither the best place and conditions. The little zoo is also nice, but the animals there would also deserve bigger habitats. A dozen deers on half a football field, that’s not enough for them. Rest of the Place is really great, amazing view. A pool with a bar and music is there as well to chill and enjoy the view.

Beautiful place but the animal are not free...they are in cage. It could be worth it to go there to enjoy the landscape and spend the day at the swimming pool in front of an amazing view. Except that I found it quiet expensive

Not as good as it used to be before covid alot of the animals no longer there. Nice pool to use for swim and great views over island 🏝️
