Both the resort and the setting are exquisite. But because of some restaurant workers, my partner and I were a little let down. They lacked basic manners regarding how to have a polite conversation and had no concept of how to treat a guest with respect. On July 16, we observed this behavior at the Escape restaurant when the female staff was unable to advise us on vegetarian meal options. Due to the resort's remote location and almost entirely non-vegetarian food, it was hard for you to eat out or place an order. Because of the staff's incompetence and inappropriate behavior, my rating has decreased.

Absolutely shocking, Drove 49 minutes to wait 60 minutes for a salad pay 300 euros for a bottle of champagne and in a tiny menu 2 of the choices unavailable ! ! avoid this place ! ! !

We went here for some lunch and cocktails as it was located a short distance (10min drive) from our Intercontinental Hotel who also put on a free shuttle. The vibe in this place was amazing, great chilled House music from the DJ and the food was surprisingly good value. We opted for some sushi and a pizza which was filling enough for 2 people. The sushi was really well presented and tasted super fresh. Pizza was also great and both meals came out together, not long after placing our order. The cocktails were also some of the best we had on the Island. Sunbeds were very comfortable and large enough for 2 people. Charge was 500 B which we thought was reasonable. We would happily return here but would love to go when they have an event on! Highly recommended!

Walked in for a drink after a hike. The venture looks a luxurious, and the prices are high. High prices, with a luxurious atmosphere, perfect quality and great service is acceptable by me. But, they gave us warm beer in a cold bottle and didn’t do anything about it after I told them. They expected a 10% service fee and 7% vat above the 150% normal price level, which I paid, but that was not deserved by them. We got bad quality, and not an outstanding service, why I gave just one star.

The best Island resort I have been, the facilities, staffs and the services are all so amazing. I have been here in this resort for few days now and I love it here. The beach is very clean and beautiful with white sand, no litter anywhere around. The service is excellent, they do their work well and they know how to make you happy. They also provide you with a lot of activities like spa, pool parties etc. which makes your time spent here even more enjoyable. I have stayed in other resorts but this one has the best facilities and service that I have ever seen in my life.

I can’t say enough great and positive things about this resort. We booked last min for a family trip after canceling another place and I’m so happy we ended up here. The rooms are beautiful with comfy beds. The terrace and long swimming pool are great to relax by. The beach has soft sand and calm waves. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. I will come back and stay 100%. Also the food here is really good. I’ve had a couple items here better than back home in America and the breakfast is fantastic.

My partner and I received excellent service from Nikki Beach staff who went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and ensure we had a happy and peaceful stay at the resort. Everyone was so kind and extremely helpful which really enhanced our holiday experience and made us feel so special and safe. All of the staff were very friendly and approachable and wanted to do the best for us to make sure we had a comfortable stay. On one occasion I returned from a jungle experience covered in mosquito bites and one of the ladies at reception immediately pulled out an antiseptic cream from her bag and handed me the entire tin so I could keep applying this throughout the week, and refused to accept any money in return for this personal item. On another occasion my partner had cut his foot while he was out running and once the staff were made aware of this they immediately sent first aid to our room to tend to his wound. Overall a very personal and touching experience, we can’t thank the team enough for everything they did for us!

Nikki beach is absolutely stunning! We had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was beautiful and the views were breathtaking! We loved the pool bar and having the residents pool as somewhere more chilled and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and it being able to order the hot options on arrival each morning meant it was fresh and well presented. There's not much to do nearby though there are a couple of restaurants you can walk to. However, after a busy holiday we loved being able to chill and take in the wonderful surroundings. I really didn't want to leave and recommend a trip 100%. I really want to return asap!!!

The hotel is nice and the staff is in general friendly, my compliments to Lina from reception. Be prepared to pay 18% of service charge (10%) plus 7% of VAT ! The price of the beer in the room is more expensive then in the pool. 180x140thb … and yes, the charge 18% in the room bar as well. The beach in front is not so nice but it’s compensate with the pool. The location is very far from many things . The price of the taxi is overpriced as well . I’m not that happy once we came from Centara which didn’t have this 18%. By the way , they don’t have “turn down” on the bed

Total deception and expensive! Everything is old, used, broken... and incredibly expensive. A bad cocktail (you don't taste the alcohol, only water and ice cubes) is more expensive than on the Champs-Élysées in Paris!!!

Stayed at the Nikki beach hotel in July 2022, me and my husband had a great time, great service, great Atmosphere we loved everything there. April was helping us everytime we needed something she is such great professional person she listened to every details we had about the breakfast and food.. also at the time of our checkout we met the new manager jack he was very kind and respectful that he greeted us. Great hotel to stay at and I’m sure it will get improved in terms of the breakfast menu and dinner menu as well.

It's a picture perfect, bohemian style beach resort. It goes without saying the staff were amazing..special thanks to Noi, April and the breakfast staff. If you want a dreamy, chilled out place to stay in a quiet part of the island then this will definitely not disappoint. We stayed in the garden villas...large air conditioned room which was minutes walk away from the beach. The beach is dotted with guests and locals who congregate in the evening to watch the sunsets. The water is calm and warm, felt more like a swimming pool than the sea. I'm 5.10ft and could walk quite far out before it started getting deep. On the whole a very cool, and chilled out resort in a more natural part of Koh Samui..

The property is clean, especially the Escape restaurant looks very beautiful, we had few drinks on valentine's day, the singer and guitarist performanced well. Romantic table on the beach with fairy lights, amazing sunset on the island. Will definitely visit again.

Good hotel overall. Good points: Rooms are nice, huge beds, access to the beach club, good breakfast, stunning view, gym seemed great and activities everyday, very competitive prices (went in November) Bad points: Location: the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. You have to take a vehicle for at least 20/30 minutes to go for a decent dinner or lunch Clientele: I think such hotels should forbid families with kids. We had kids screaming in the private pool almost everyday, early morning and late night Pricing at the restaurants and bar are expensive but quality is not really there Overall had a good experience though.

Super chilled vibe and lovely staff. Not as busy as usual at sunset time as ‘Nikki Beach’ style at the moment, but we loved our chilled evening here!

Perfect resort for all occasions!! The resort is well maintained. Anywhere you go, you see a great view. The sunset is breathtaking They have kids club, spa, barbershop, fitness center, & store. Staff are friendly. You can catch a great chitchat with the general manager during breakfast 😉 I would definitely recommend this place to whomever is planning to have some time to stay out of the busy cities and relax their minds. Nikki Beach Samui was the place to be over the Xmas holiday! Our group of 5 adults and 2 kids under 8 enjoyed the poolside restaurant for a late lunch and sunset. The DJ was playing an awesome set right by the pool - it felt like one big pool party! We enjoyed tasty cocktails and their pizza, and the cabanas were clean and comfortable. So glad we made the trek to the western side of the island for a fun day! The adjoining beach is also lovely and perfect for swimming too.

Our stay was perfect all around. We were more than satisfied with everything, the garden villa was beautiful as well as the complete Facility. The spa and treatments are also a highlight!! The breakfast and dinner were very good, the service was always attentive and friendly. The hotel manager John was incredibly friendly. We will definitely come back and give 5 stars!

I just spent 7 nights here for our honeymoon. Upon our arrival late at night, our bags were taken for us and we were driven directly to our room which was spacious, clean and private - the Signature Garden Villa. As part of our package deal through Luxury Escapes, we enjoyed a breakfast buffet with huge selections along with an included 3 course meal and cocktail each night. We also had great Thai Massages included. The staff here appeared to be mostly all locals and they were absolutely amazing - always serving us with huge smiles, being very friendly, and always willing to give a helping hand. Nearby there were also great Thai food places where we would go for lunch. We made sure not to consume anything that would cost us extra and upon checkout there were no surprise charges. The location of the resort is a touch further away from any city areas than would be ideal but it's not that hard and not too expensive to get a driver. Would definitely come here again!

Went for the Nikki beach Sunday brunch. Used to be better. No drinks packages anymore (though they plan to add one cocktail freezer flow...). It lost its wow effect. Hope to see them again flourish as before

Went on a saturday afternoon. Our female server was great, friendly and attentitve. Unfortunately the kitchen closed for a break 5 til 6pm (our poor timing) and the whole bar area seemed to close not long afterwards. Pizzas were great, cocktails delicipus but not that strong!

Great sunset location right by the beach. The location is perfect if you like a more laid back place away from a busy street. Everything about this place is perfect for me. The facilities, the staffs and especially the food, from everyday breakfast to their Sunday brunch. Amazing breakfast to start your day with. They have a huge selection of their breakfast buffet. Not only the first meal of the day will amaze you, but also their new Escape menus that will make you swoon with deliciousness and let you end day with a happy tummy. Beautiful well-kept rooms and comfortable. If you want quiet this is the place on the other hand if you want to be in the center of the croud i dont recomend it. Every one was very polite and helpfull. Thank you all. The restaurant was very good the prise also, exept of the drinks. To expencive.

We stayed for 5 days at this hotel and would love to stay longer. The staff is amazingly friendly and the hotel has everything you need: pilates class, gym, delicious food, pools and so much more! Special thanks to Rain for the fun workout classes and her super friendly character.

Nikki Beach Resort Koh Samui exceeded my expectations. While the property is located in quiet part of island with little to do close by - the resort itself offers you everything you need. Very cool vibe, love the DJ playing during day in poolside. Multiple pools in resort and friendly professional staff. Overall std of food was high, but evening menu/room service menu was the only thing disappointing. Would def return and recommend Nikki Beach

Thank you to John and the team for an amazing stay. my wife and I spent two weeks at Nikki Beach for our wedding anniversary. The grounds and facilities were stunning, the food was just amazing. Swimming in the crystal clear sea water or in the stunning pool were both an absolute delight. Most of all the staff were so positive and happy to assist with any request. It felt like we were among friends. I will be highly recommending this amazing piece of luxury to our friends and colleagues. Thanks again team amd we will see you on our next visit

A very beautiful property, little bit expensive but value for money as people can enjoy and relax on beach as the location is just on the beautiful beach .

We came to Nikki beach club for a day. It is located in front of a large beautiful beach. The staff were super attentive and nice. The food was great too. I would definitely recommend!

We had our wedding here and cannot say enough good things about Nikki Beach. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was special, with no detail left untouched. April did a PHENOMENAL job at staying in touch with us throughout the process and thinking of ways to make our day absolutely perfect. Nikki Beach is fantastic in every way possible and I can't recommend staying here enough.

Highly recommend! We had a great great great stay at Nikki beach, the sweetest gesture was they gave us an amazing upgrade (without even requesting for one). We spent 3 nights at Nikki beach with an ocean view at the penthouse. The most luxurious yet earthy property, with the most beautiful beach views. This property was recommended by a friend of ours and we will definitely be recommending our friends to stay here. The food is excellent too with the most friendly and kind staff members. Each staff member is so helpful and considerate of your requests, truly made it enjoyable. The only downside I must add is that it is far from the main markets and restaurants etc. So be prepared to spend time and money on cab rides.

Hotel is very beautiful with excellent beach and pool. However due to Covid 19 situation it has still not come to its full glory what Nikki beach is famous for. There is currently nothing much happening in hotel due to very less residents. Also dinner menu is limited. Hotel is good for people who want a private stay inside type of vacation. Hotel is around 40- 60 minutes drive from Center of Koh samui. There is nothing outside of hotel, so if you are looking for night action and entertainment better to stay in hotels near to city center

The place is very far from central samui and Green mango. People who are looking for complete serenity and seclusion should go here. The breakfast was divine. So much of variety and no wastage. love love love! The staff was very helpful and the place was very clean.

We stayed there 5 nights. I wish it was only one night. Poor service by inexperienced staff. Overpriced and food quality is not up to the standard of a 5 stars hotel. Flies everywhere. Terrible location with nothing around. No activities at all. The beach is really nice and amazing sunset.

Good atmosphere and a great location, the food was solid without being amazing and the service was pretty good. Only exception as the great mineral water fiasco. Charging 249 Baht for a bottle of water in Thailand and not telling the customers before opening X2 is not acceptable if you care for your customers and when asked, the server just looked at me blankly. Worth a look but buyer beware.

Stayed in January 2022 in Nikki Beach amazing hotel and wonderful staff. The manager of hotel was always checking with us if we like everything and if need any help or assistance. I think that's best service we encountered in Thailand during our holidays. And make sure you get room with breakfast because its amazing breakfast there and all food actually great. Even its beach club hotel still very baby friendly and provided baby cot and all necessary staff for it. Thank you to all Nikki Beach Samui team to make our 1 week stay wonderful. We defiantly will be back!!!

Nice setting, Christmas buffet was top notch, unfortunately I was too hungover to eat much!

Loved my stay at this resort. Nice and clean. Great location on the west side of the island I had been staying on the east side before the waves were so rough but here is very clam I traveled with my 9 months old baby and he was able to play in the ocean it was so clam. I stayed at the room with access to the pool it’s really nice! Just open your room door and you get to chill out by the pool I love it so much. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have free kayak and stand up broad to use everyday. My only thing I would change is the food menu because we were here for 4 days and food menu same everyday. But anyway I enjoyed my stay. Ps. Don’t miss out the sunset view!
