This is my first experience here and I would say I am super impressed with the service. Very nice and polite staff who provided proper guidance. Professional products were used. They showed the products before applying. My hairs were very dry and frizzy. I took hair botox treatment along with full hair color, hair cut and anti dandruff treatment. Will definitely visit again when I am in Badlapur.

Today I had hair cut at their salon. They told me on what's up that charges will be Rs 600 for hair cut. But when I visited & get my hair cut done, they charged Rs 100 extra for sanitizer of the equipment used. This is totally unprofessional behavior. They said you have dandruff that's why we need to sanitize our equipments after your hair cut. Is that mean they don't sanitize after every single use??? As per hygiene protocol every salon must sanitize their equipment after any customer visit. Nobody charges extra for this but they are pathetic in their statement & was very rigid. No customer satisfaction & retention policy. So rigid behavior. They must have informed earlier about this extra charges so I wud not chosen them.

It was the best experience I ever had and I never tried threading by using thread. I used to do by waxing. But Well experienced my sister Manali trained by WELL KNOWN BARBER THAT IS JAVED HABIB.
