New concept - very first floating restaurant in Surat. Quite costly, service is good, taste is medium, river view is nice from the upper level. There is also square shaped place(other side of entry gate) - you can celebrate your special day with some decoration and enjoy the sunset.

Short & Straight Review: stars for the location & ambience. Food didn’t impress me that much. Sorry but need to improve the quality. I was with chilling buddies so I could spent quality time, laughed but my belly was not happy. Concept is very good, location is also very good. Somewhere manager’s behavior was also disappointing. Staff doesn't pay attention, cashier is very rude! I heard one man was asking if there's some discount or not and the cashier responded rudely and sarcastically!!! Food was okay.. ambience okay okay, get you odomos as there are mosquitoes!!

It is located on Tapi river shore, It is such a good idea to set up a restaurant in such a good place. It's a first floting restaurant in surat, Also have a small garden outside restaurant. There is very beautiful atmosphere, have a good atmosphere at sunset. It is a nice place to hangout with friends as well as family. They also have AC banquet hall facility for small gathering party like kitty party, Birthday celebration, Marriage anniversary celebration. You can also reserved table with decoration(extra charges applicable for decorate table). Food quality is good. Taste is also good. Presentation of food is also excellent Price is not much high but little bit costlier. Service and staff behaviour is also good. Ample dining area. Take away facility is also available. Card through payment is not acceptable, only Cash through payment is acceptable. Overall we have very good experience.

The hotel is located at good location; the ambience is awesome - the variety in menu is also really good. If you are looking for a multi-cuisine then this is really a good place to visit. Only thing is that its punjabi kitchen closes at 3 PM so if you by chance visit after 2 PM then either the service will be sluggish or half of the items will not be available. When I tried making some suggestion in the order - the captain cut me even before I speak and didn't listen to me - I found it humiliating and I strongly advised to deal with customers with compassion and respect. He was only concerned for his dish which was almost ready so he did not entertain us for the alteration in order (despite of that we were ready to pay for the dish we wanted to cancel - if this situation might have been occured in Taj or Marriot then they would have taken care of customer rather than their half prepared dish) - however he apologized when he came to know that I know the management. The taste of Mexican dishes were above average. Mocktails were good but quantity was lesser in comparison to their prices.

I especially visited this place for its theme. Ambience is good. The boat has two options for dine in. At the ground floor , the ambience is like a common restaurant and if you want to enjoy the river view with a private cabin , you can go with the first floor option. Staff is very friendly and supportive. During our visit, the food was good, but for cleanliness we were very disappointed. When we sat at dinner table, all the plates were covered with dust. That we didn't expected. This is the only reason for less rating. They should work on this part. Overall: Ambience : 4/5 Service : 5/5 Cleanliness: 2/5 Food:4/5

We get a best food experience at this floating restaurant, we can get Chinese, maxican, Italian, south indian, punjabi and gujarati dish at a single location. it is a best option for birthday and anniversary party on boat terrace restaurant.

Good place for birthday parties and family or friends dinner. Just a small issue was bad smell at the entry point but can be neglected. While service is good and food is good. Must try All time favored kiwi mocktail. >> Also they don't provide Indian menu before 7 pm.

Really good vibe from the place. In the monsoon the best place to visit. We tried multiple cuisines. Indian cuisine is the best here, other cuisines are ok here not the best not the worst. I recommend you to visit a restaurant in regular hours otherwise some options might not be available at the odd hours.

Great place for "special occasions" highly recommended place to visit one time. The theme is very unique for surat but somewhat lack at proper service. Some staff were good and helping but some of them were just very unprofessional and just keep invading out experience. They need to train their staff a bit and the food shouldn't be this expensive i get the idea of " voyage " experience but if your ship isn't even sailing then what's the difference between this and any river side hotel? Why are you charging this much if you have nothing else to provide? The food is sure above average but that's it.

Very different and appealing backdrop setup on actual registered boat. Food is tasty but cost is more, that is adjustable with the ambience. And it was musical too..live music by person was amazing.

The Food we had enjoyed at the time of Brunch. It tasted really delicious with great quality special potato chilli dry, and a sip of tripal flavours. ❤️ everything had unique taste which we had ordered, nice arrangement and services from the staff while eating, we found nothing bad about this restaurant 😃 Also wether and views was amazing 🤩 it's feel like we are in cruise dinner 🍽️ we also enjoy green leaf 🌿 photoshoot. over all it's give good vibes in Surat 🤠

It was an amazing experience at Pirates Voyage. We went there for our friend's birthday celebration and it was totally worth every penny. The boat view, sunset, food and mocktails were the best, the sitting arrangement at first floor was more of personalised cabin with comfortable sofa. Good place to go with friends and family.

Good place and locality was quite nice the view from the boat it's superb good time to visit is evening and socially on winters food also was nice in taste and serving are good just quantity is low so it's my feedback that please improve quantity

First time at Voyage Pirate! This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool, the staff is also really friendly. The food is absolutely amazing, they made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.
