Very bad EXPERIENCED 🤬 Today i ordered mutton biriyani as a parecel but while i opened at home it was chiken biriyani 🤬🤬. Don't know why they doing like this. I will never visit again. Even they taking too much time for making parcel (25min )and taking parcel charges extra 10 rupees. Very bad EXPERIENCED.

Sugar n spice food squar in dawar chamber is old restaurant serving since years a family restaurant. PIZZA TASTE IS GOOD . Toppings are fresh . Even dosa specially cheese spring , mysore dosa with 2 chutney and sambar is recommended .

They didn't have pizza sizes, which is quite unacceptable. Pav bhajhi was quite poor, didn't consume it. Masala dhosa stuffing was cold. Toilets were disgusting 🫣. So many staff but quality was poor. Just a bit of improvement can change the dynamics of the shop. Sorry for the constructive criticism.

Nice place to have vegetarian and non vegetarian delicacies.. very polite Managers and waiters. I had ordered veg thali and my family members ordered pizza, biriyani and prawns curry.. everything tasted well.. my thali lachha paratha was not warm and it become hard so I asked them to change it and they immediately changed it.. the managers understood and served the hot rotis.. keep it up guys✌

worst service ever,we were sitting like 10 12mins or more n on one even gave use menu the waiters dont even listen if we call them. even the quality of food have gonne worst, Hot and sour soup was nor hot neither sour it was sweet, no enough water glasses were kept on table, no cuttler on the table. they will not ask if we want regular water or bottle the waiter just bangged the bottle on our table. n we felt we were sitting in some fish market to have dinner, worst worst worst place.

Yesterday I ordered for Butter Chicken Boneless. I took parcel at my own. I reached home within 10 minutes. It was cold and tasteless. Nowadays food quality is very poor.

The staff on that day was not the least bit interested in working. We had asked atleast 4-5 different waiters and no one could be bothered to even take our order. We had to finally go ourselves to the front desk and ask them if they were interested in taking our order or should we just leave for the manager to himself come and take our order. The food was good for the price point it is at, but the wait did hamper our experience.

The food is good and ambience is good..they disnot have much options for sea food.many of the things in menu were not available..card payment was not a option there..the service is good and the budget too was okay..overall i would reccomend it to others .the parking space is also nice.

A good option for various types of food. But in last visit found it very improper management. The food was okay, but very tight space with loudy atmosphere. You are paying enough payment compare to a good luxurious restaurant, but didn't get any facilities here. Plates are not cleaned, service was very slow, taste was okay. But prices are tremendous high. After paying 500 rs for a sizzler, the quantity and quality was improper. Not preferable again.

The kitchen I believe had some issues related to cleanliness as it could be felt with the smell and taste of foods especially raw salads. They have to seriously renovate or improve the quality and cleanliness of the sitting area.

Unfortunately I got a seating place on upstairs. Found Cockroaches crawling on walls and ceilings. Had to change the table twice to avoid cockroaches not falling in plates. Air conditioning was not put On even after many requests.

During evening time, when tables are booked, they switch off the AC and the captain and restaurant manager give illogical reply that we are vacating the premises so ac are damaged and not working. And the restaurant manager says that ac is working but as there are more members the chilling is not felt. Such a lewd and unprofessional service.

The experience was simple yet elegant - the services were worth waiting for, the staff was also well behaved patient and approachable. On the other hand the food was delicious and yet affordable i would say 800 for 2 people approximately. The seating arrangement was a little cramped and the walking space was restricted by table on either sides and the staff as well. Altogether a worthwhile time spent is all i would say.

If you want to eat chicken don't come here. Non-veg food is not good. I ordered butter chicken and chicken biryani. I don't like it at all. Though Panjabi thali was decent. Food is costly too.

Very well located and parking opposite the restaurant under the flyover. I’ve been to few of their restaurants and the menu is pretty much the same everywhere. It’s on the second floor so not convenient if you’re disabled. I loved the ambience, it’s got a cosy feel about the place. We ordered few things off the menu, the presentation was nice but the taste was really bland and the service is extremely slow here.

It needs more staff efficiency as well as cleanliness. There was gravy spilled on the floor which could lead to an accident if someone slipped. Over all the food was not as good as the last time we had dinner there.

The cheeseburst was extremely deliciousand fully loaded with cheese. I hv ordered Nachos, the goodness is they cooked as we want. Thank u sugar n spice. I loved it. Moreover, ms. Sapna has providedus the best service with free ice-creams.

The way they had done marketing of the restaurant all over the Surat, we went their with some expectations. Ambience was good. Seating was comfortable. Staff was courteous and service was quick. We ordered sarso da saag and makke di roti. In which we felt makke di roti was half cooked before and was cooked to full while ordered. Didn’t feel it was fresh. Lasagne was too tangy, looked like only ketchup was used to make lasagne. Chinese platter & pizza were decent, not extremely good. It was very average experience.

Bad service and manu mention biryani but manager say not allowed I oder mutton curry but waiting 30 minutes after make bad very bad staff

These guys are cheating to customer. As they serve the morning ready food in evening as stated that they have just prepare the food. They are providing very bad and law quality of food. I have caught the waiter with red handed for doing this and the cashier and other staff denied for the same. It's very bad experience for me that these branded well known restaurant are doing this very bad 😞.

Food is still good afternoon many consistent years of pleasant service and calming ambience. Serene family spot for bot veg and non-veg dining. The unlimited food scheme with many items in starters and desserts, every one can find cuisine of one's liking. Allowing savoring of both is a wonderful gesture of management. Kudos
