Ordered premium non veg mutton thali but received one cup of gravy only. I am Very much disappointed. After that, I contacted the restaurant and explained the issue. They understand it and quickly sent the food items which I ordered. Thanks for the quick action. Giving 4 out of 5 stars

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Surat. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Every thing is properly cooked and balanced flavour. Options for dessert are amazing. Absolutely the best meal we had with our friends while in surat. Highly recommend!

If your a Non-vegetarian and love to eat different varieties of chicken and mutton then this is the heaven for you. I loved each and everything of Barbecue Nation. Food was tasty with reasonable price and guess what? It was unlimited 😃. Must visit with friends and family. They will thank you later.

Barbeque Nation, a popular chain of restaurants known for its mouth-watering barbecue and grilled delicacies, recently opened its doors in Surat. After having a meal there, I would rate the place 3 out of 5 stars. While the food and ambiance were quite impressive, the cost was on the higher side. Starting with the decor, Barbeque Nation has a contemporary and chic vibe to it. The interiors are well-lit and spacious, with comfortable seating arrangements. The music played in the background was soothing and added to the overall dining experience. Coming to the food, Barbeque Nation did not disappoint. The starters were delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the chicken tikka and paneer tikka. The grilled vegetables were also cooked to perfection. However, I felt that some of the dishes could have been more flavorful. The main course was equally satisfying. The biryani was aromatic and flavorful, while the butter chicken was creamy and rich in taste. The portion sizes were generous, but some of the dishes could have been priced a little lower considering the quantity served. The desserts were a letdown for me. While they looked visually appealing, they lacked the sweetness and richness that I expect from a good dessert. I would suggest that Barbeque Nation work on improving their dessert menu. Beat place for unlimited premium buffet for veg and non-veg. Their are many different types of starters, moktails , main course, sizzler’s and dessert. Valueable price and great food quality. Should try this once. Mostly i tried barbeque in box.

Well it’s a place where every non vegetarian would find immense pleasure to see wide variety of items so being non vegetarian you should visit here . But I’m vegetarian so this place not for vegi . Service quite wonderful and curtsy.

BBQ nation has never ceased to amaze and satisfy me. It's an even better experience everytime i go there. The staff is welcoming and enthusiastic. They always take care of what you want and the taste you like. Keeps the service good. The food always is at par to excellence.

"Barbecue Nation" – Completely unworthy of the money invested. The experience was awful because we went vegetarian option. On the grill, they serve paneer, broccoli, potatoes, crunchy veggies, mushrooms, and more; the food has an average flavor. They serve acceptable appetizers as well. Even roadside food vendors may offer pizza of a much higher caliber than what they do. Only a few main course options were offered, and they were all in very bad taste. Even 5 types of kulfi tasted average in taste. Without gentle music, the dinnertime ambiance deteriorated. The worst restaurant overall for vegetarians.

We celebrated my father’s birthday here and it was so great experience. The people are so supportive and kind. About food its so neat and clean for their service. I like the food.

Not worth it at all. Many food items weren't available at the time (Chicken gravy without any pieces, Empty rice bowl, etc.) Overall food taste was average. Some of the dry items were overcooked. Noodles were cold. The live counter guy was too slow in making the dishes. And another point, rest rooms, Only two washrooms, One for ladies and one for men. Seemed too compact.

Okay to be honest , our servers were very kind and sweet and the service was really good at bbq nation , but when it came to food , they were serving us raw chicken , extremely bland masala , I felt the khatta mango had more flavour than the marination on the food , overcooked bland prawns , fish was bland and undercooked and even the dal fry was horrible , the deserts were slow as ever and ice cream tasted like frozen milk. Never returning because they have gone from good to ok to not edible.

Recommendation: Focus on eating the entree (grilled skewers of chicken, fish, prawns, and paneer) rather than the buffet, which is not that good in my opinion (still try it a little bit and don’t eat too much). The desserts are good, though. My personal favourite are the many varieties of kulfi available, so try to eat that while you’re there.

Visited this place with friend. We had Non veg and the taste was amazing and also staff behavior was very good and and food taste also good. Tbh staff service was top notch. Must visit this place.

Veg nad non veg mix. Not using hand gloss. 20 minutes waiting time for 2" inches pizza. It is good for non-vegetarians. Not good for vegetarians.

Best Place with good Food and Ambience with great staff and service. Starters are served on table, for rest of the options self service is mandatory. Personally tried the non veg section and it seemed so yummy.

Editing my review after 2 years because my experience at bbq nation was good few months ago but after the shravan month I don't know what has happened to them I have visited bbq nation around 15 times and last 3 experiences were awful the waiters and the staff just want a good review without doing anything I was waiting for their call which they usually do day after the visit for this review but I haven't done this time because I complained in the restaurant may be they removed my number or something. My experience last night: There were 2 glass on my table which a waiter took without knowing that we were already on the table they took around 30 minutes to bring 2 glass for water and after that the service was slow even there wasn't much public in the restaurant and most of the deserts weren't available the cake which they serve wasn't there the whole my favourite pan kulfi was missing vanilla ice cream wasn't there and the most important and major thing i wanna complain is that the mutton chicken was smelling too bad. I was about to vomit 🤮. Bbq nation was my favourite restaurant i have recommended so many people but unfortunately and sadly i wanna say I m not visiting again. Thank you🙏

Amazing staff, friendly and supportive. My colleague and I went there for dinner. I am not an Indian, only speaks English, but they try their best to help us. To be honest all the foods were salty to us. But can’t complain, everyone has different appetite. Prawns were good. The dessert was also good. Fruits were not enough to have.
