I had three days booking, but they forced me to check out. As they got some group booking, very unpleasant unprofessional staff and the management, i was athe work place when I got a call from Amit receptionist on and off called me to vacate the room, I left my office work and had to go to the hotel.

Costed a lot but did not have the basic requirement of AC functioning properly. Cramped rooms. Yet pricy rates.

Not a good Hotel, near the Railway station. Too much crowd and noise. OLD type rooms even AC was not working. Shower mixer was not working. Bad smell everywhere in the galley and rooms as well. Worst part was breakfast. Very few options. Even you can't have eggs or omlet. I think the hotel tied up with some restaurant which is pure veg. You can get only sandwiches ( bad ones), poories full of oil and one more. Ask for tea and wait for 20 minute.

The hotel is located very convenintly close to the Surat railway station. The hotel is very well furnished, clean, well maintained and pleasant. Few improvements required as follows: rooms need a table that is higher than the chair provided, so as to be able to work conveniently on the laptop. Bathroom mirror needs a small tube-light directly above it, so as to facilitate face-shaving for gentlemen. Bathroom needs a few hooks to hang clothes (possibly behind the door on the top wooden part). Remaining factors were excellent as regards to a transit hotel meant for passengers travelling through on work or leisure. An excellent restaurant is attached directly to the hotel, and also provides room services. Staff is friendly, courteous, prompt, professional and efficient. Beds were comfortable, rooms were neat and clean. Would prefer to return to this hotel, next time too.

I loved the vibe of this place and the location as it is at walking distance from the station. The service was really good and the behaviour of staff also. The cleaning staff was also doing their best and keeping the rooms and the hotel very clean. I loved the food also. I stayed here for 6 days it was wonderful experience. One more thing it was safe for girls atleast for me as I travel alone.

Central beacon hotel is centrally located in the city close to the railway station and bus stand. Due to location, many sight seeing locations are accessible. Rooms could have been better but are reasonable for the price.

Owner Mr Karan is a scammer yes he's not giving the staff his hard earned money staff is working 15 hours a day And after being fed up of the job if the staff leaves he doesn't give him salary And make silly reasons and excuses God won't leave u don't worry

Booked through Yatra and a big corporate but neither they accepted the request nor rejected. Whereas, either they must accept or reject. It created huge problem. Mr Bari, who is at reception very rude and not seems to be supportive. He doesn't care, who is their corporate client

We stayed at Central Beacon Hotel Surat for almost a month with our Madhya Pradesh cricket association Under 16 Vijay Hazare Trophy Team.We are satisfied with guests satisfaction level and willing to comeback again.Central Beacon Hotel Surat is one of the preferred place to stay for business travellers situated near to Surat railway station and Central bus stand. It was not good as I was accepting. Because of worst food ever I have tested in my life and still I was suffering with stomach ache and loose motions. Wash room are also not cleaned properly as leakage are there. Room service I can't say how it was because we are in training so booked hall only. Only one thing is good that hotel 🏨 is near to station. I recommend don't visit if you planned for official purpose or event

This hotel is a complete scam. The manager Karan Shah is probably the most dishonest and fraudulent person I have ever encountered. Those traveling from abroad please be aware. Do not book with this hotel via any form of bank payment as the hotel will never refund your money even if you follow the cancellation policy. Further, the website and photos are misleading. The hotel is infested with cockroaches and the staff is probably a bunch of illiterate people being paid low wages because there is no semblance of civilization at this hotel. The hotels management is fraud. They will dodge your emails and calls once you decide to request a refund upon advance cancellation. I had to escalate this matter legally. This hotel is nothing but a bunch of thieves disguised as a business. DO NOT BOOK.

Good Place to stay..nice clean Hotel. Location is very good for travelers who are new..just come out of Railway or Bus station and check in..no need to remeber any address Just station is enough. For me it was good place, though I am frequent traveler and hardly give good rating but this hotel diserve good rating.

The hotel is mentioned as a 3 star hotel but it should be negatively starred. 1. No clean room/amenities/ambience at all 2. The food which is said as complimentary during booking has half of the things as chargeable. The water is chargeable, anything above 200-300rs is chargeable. 3. Room service frequency is the worst. No water replenishment is done and when you tell them to do, they have reluctantly. Asking for additional water is way beyond, they don't even provide the daily waters. 4. Towel, toiletry and other things provided by them are way sub-par and below standard.

One of the best Hotel in Surat Town..Rooms are outstanding hygiene and beautiful.. Gym and spa also available. Try their Punjabi Tal at their resturant..its iconic.

Toilet leakage, hand shower leakage, no door/bath mat available. Rooms are dirty. It's look like a guest house. Horrible. 2nd time I am staying in this hotel. But very bad experience. God bless you all guests.

I have given 2150/- rs for 1 night stay they took all the money in advance and while I entered the room my Room AC was not working I was too tired of travelling I have request to them pls change my room they said it will work with in 15 mint, it happens 3 time but same issue wasn't solve and they didn't provide other room i have slept without ac with open windo and too much noise and room also not good toilet settled in the corner very difficult to seat overall very bad experience don't waste your money Even no one told me sorry for the inconvenience I felt that even 500 rs hotels have good service and better staff A very Big NO for this Hotel Breakfast also ok ok Tables were not clean Very very disappointed
