Situated at peaceful location however if someone like to be in crowd then can go for Marriott Surat rather than going for Courtyard. Because it is little far from city centre. Rest everything is fabulous. Will be a good decision to go for it

Amazing hospitality by Courtyard Surat. We didn’t had the breakfast included in our package as I had redeemed by Bonvoy points for stay but the Reservation manager was amazing to offer us breakfast even after we kept refusing. The rooms and other amenities are well kept.

Excellent hospitality I should say with well training staff . They ensured to have personnel connect with clients which goes a long way for building loyalty.Close to Airport. Very calm atmosphere. They have to arrange low weight buffet plate. Plate is much heavy. And glass material. Else everything is good.

Very convenient location if you are on business visit to Hazira hub. The campus is serene and silent. Good getaway in the surrounding industrial hub and from hustle bustle of the city life. All basic amenities available. Decent, well furnished rooms with enough day light and a nice view. Food is good. Courteous service...a little more training to the staff making them more professional will make the property a great choice for business executives. Great ambiance is the secret of success for this Marriott property. Worth a visit...

The location of the property is very nice. It's on the highway NH53 and you can enjoy the lush green meadow, clear blue skies and relax yourself while listening to the chirping of birds. Nice place for weekend stay. The food is awesome. Best pick are the Kolkata egg roll, sandwich and cutting chai!! Overall nice ambiance and hospitable staff.

I enjoyed the stay with my family in two rooms for two days. Rooms are well furnished and service good. Buffet breakfast was excellent with personalized service of staff lead by their Supervisors, particularly one Mr Negi.

All very nice, but in dinner, sweet is not good, every three days same Manu, same sweet, I stay 15 days, but not single day served Rasmalai, rasgulla, shrikhand, mattho, etc, quality is excellent 👌👍, Please improve 🙏💐💐

Delighted to stay here though it was only for a few hours. The staff was helpful and upgraded my room from Delux to Suite without any extra charges on their own.

My stay at this hotel is very nice then the staff are very helpfull they act like a friends the room spotless and comfortable cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the room was beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

Its was an “okay stay” not the standard of other Marriot’s, the room service is pretty slow, the food is also average nothing great, not the value of money for room or the service.

Cafe is good place. Try their cappuccino caramel coffe. Good place for a cup of coffee

Let me say first that I was upgraded by the manager Mr Mohit without even asking so my review might sound biased to some. But other then the upgrade all services were prompt and courteous and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices as also impeccable service by all concerned. Let me say that it was well worth the money paid and then some.

Rooms are nice and cozy. Food was tasty and variety is available. Service is quick and well behaved and trained stuffs. Location wise it is in outskirt of Hazira. Just beside Uro University. City is far from this place and there is nothing surrounding to this property. Good for business travel in Hazira area.

This hotel is located in between a large open area and is well connected to the Surat airport. There is ample parking facility too The check in was fast and the staff was gracious to upgrade us to a bigger room. The quality of the room was impeccable. The room was huge with a large sofa perfect to lounge in the evening. It also had a study table to catch up on work. The bed was comfortable and the pillows to my liking. I slept like a baby The marble all across the room was of excellent quality. The bathroom fittings were the best and had quality and luxury written all over it. The food was excellent as in any Courtyard property and inspite of it not within the fort premises I am still going to choose this hotel during my next visit to Surat. If you visit this property do have a pool side dinner. The overall ambience is very romantic and strongly recommend a couple visiting together to try it out. The solitary inconvenience was that the phone did not have a directory mentioning the numbers to call for housekeeping , reception etc. A basic SOP someone should audit and fix it.

Property is huge, very few property in Surat where you found lush green landscapes and water bodies. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Food menu is so repetitive. They need to take a proper feedback from the guest for the same. It's a wonderful experience. And will visit soon again.....

The service was very good but they need to improve the upkeep of the hotel. I think during COVID times they did not maintain the normal upkeep due to lack of hotel guests hence the 3-star review. I believe they have a good setup with staff who are proactive, polite, right attitude and above all professionalism that is needed in a 5-star hotel. I guess the management did not put enough thinking while business was slow. When it was built I am sure it was built to be a 5-star accommodation. Right now that is hard to bring back. A few examples - 1. The gym air conditioning is in bad shape. I do not think it is healthy inside. The air inside the gym is moist and heavy. They need to clean the air conditioning system and run it regularly. 2. The pool water is dirty. you can't see the floor - not sure if the water is not cleaned/recycled or something else that makes the water like that. The pool area is also not managed well. you can find towels, sandals and dead bird(!) for days before someone takes care of it. Also a lot of cigarette buds lying around. I suggest the hotel provides more staff for cleaning and place more bin for smokers to drop their buds. 3. The rooms are also not well kept. stain on the floor, stained sofa, scratched windows, old or ragged towels are only a few examples. I was given brand new towels and old ones that is yellowish. However, I commend the staff for fixing my door on their own when they found out it was too stiff to close. I also appreciate the turn-down service and cleaning the staff did during my 10 nights stay there. I also thank all the chefs and staff for providing food with variety and care. I wish them all well in future.

The stay was fantastic. The punctuality of the employees is fantastic. The food is delicious and diverse. The employees who serve you at the buffet are really hardworking, as they are available to assist you at any point during your meal. They are courteous and interested about the COVID-19 protocols, which is a positive sign. I had a minor complaint during my last stay in the hotel, but it was handled efficiently. I was on a work trip, had a lovely time. The place is super clean, and the ambience is excellent. The location is just outside the city, with green cover around the property. Food is excellent, could add a few more local non-veg varieties. Staff is extremely nice

Good food and very good hospitality. Suitable for business, friends and family dinner everything. Mosquitoes may trouble you a little bit but that doesn't make this place under rate.

Not in the city, but suburbs... Be careful if u r having on ola or uber from the hotel.. U may not get coz its in a corner Though that makes it nice.. Green ary, roof top restaurant etc
