The place is a good to visit place for experiencing minus degree temperature and to get the feel of snow. The cost is Rs 400 per person including the accessories. One will be provided a coat, gloves, socks, boots and a muffler. There place is small but elegant. There are a number of photo points available and those are attractive as well. There are two igloo type setup, one ice chair setup, a penguin point, a love art point and a slide made of ice. The time is unlimited but one cannot withstand the cold for long. There is no point to have a seat or drop bags. Good place to try for once.

Rahul Raj Mall's top floor has this Snow Park. The area that is actually covered in snow is fairly limited. It's just a hallway with only 3–4 inches  of snow on the ground. With the purchased  ticket, you are granted unlimited access to the  park and are also given snow gear, such as jackets, boots, gloves, and hats. Don't go with high expectations as facility has not much to offer.The facility contains a snow slide and and two to three sledges to pull.There weren't many snow sculptures available for photos. We had a bad experience as we experienced frequent power outages . For children it might be entertaining, otherwise this cab be skipped. Ticket price for adults is for Rs 400 and Rs 100 for children.

Awesome place, awesome atmosphere … kind and courteous service staff. We visited here on our child’s birthday and birthday person’s entry was free … they provide the jacket, cap, hand gloves and special shoes too …. The snow park is awesome and must visit place of u love cool and icy atmosphere

Very nice experience if you can't go to the north part of India to see the snow so a better alternative to experience in Surat. Ticket rate is 400 per person and for children below 36 inch height is 100 Rs . You can stay inside the park whatever time you need but once you come out for a washroom break then they don't allow you to go back again inside. So before entering take a washroom break and then enjoy inside where there igloo structure, also they play songs inside the park

A very good place for kids. They have activities as well in snow room. Warm clothes, hand gloves, cap and long footwear will be provided by them. The charges per person is 400 rs. The charges is for unlimited time. When I visited the place they had buy one get one free ticket if its your birthday.

Better Experience to visit there but Maximum half an hour human stay in that cold room. Ice made from amonia gas so can't stay in more time

Very Chill ... It's really giving experience to be in foreign countries with minus temperature. I would feel it to be relatively small with less number of rides or activities. It would have added to this attraction.however we could not stay beyond an hour inside. It was too much to tolerate. They do give hand glows, socks, gum boot, cap and jacket for the safety. Good experience for one time. Charges Rs. 400 per person.

Its a place in Surat for whole family enjoyment. Here you can play with real SNOW in -5'C temp. climate. Slide on ice slider, sledging car. Feel snow thunder. and Snow Dancing with laser lighting. It is a smaller snow park with one slide and a few small shelters. It is a nice place for kids to enjoy but it is very cold and difficult to spend longer inside the park. Charges are Rs. 400 for adults and Rs. 200 for kids include charge of jacket, cap , gloves and shoes.

The experience was okay-okay. The ticket price is ₹400/person which I think is not worth it , they also have Birthday offers . And yes they provide clothes also.

Snow park is good but not bigger. As per ticket rate it is ok, becoz there is no time limit and including costume. They have to increase playing tool inside, during visiting only one tool is available. Capacity is I think 25 person only. Disappointed for shoes design, ice is very easily goes inside shoes. Make uncomfortable to play. And no option to replacement after getting entered inside.

It was fun specially with kids. A bit overcharged. 400 per person. It says for unlimited time but you can't stay there more than half hour!

Very small and congested place. The clothes given are dirty and irrelevant. They don't give bottoms, only jacket, thin woolen cap and thin torn woolen gloves for kids and labour's gloves for adults. The poor quality clothes made my kid so uncomfortable that I had to come out in 4 minutes. The tickets are so pricey and not at all worth it.

Dont get cheated by seeing Images. Very awesome experience, But items like shoes & gloves and winter jackets, they are not of good quality, Due to that my children faced problem, even they are unable to stay and crying after short time only(20mints) Jackets and shoes given are torn. Only 1 slide is there, that too not proper, tilted/damaged type.

In summer you must go to snow park. Ticket price is 400rs per person for unlimited time. But 1 to 1.5 hours are enough for you for enjoyment. Go with your family/friends then you can get more fun.

Snow park is good and very perfect from inside..but cloths provided by them should be more proper as per inside temp. Hand gloves are useless. Staff attitude towards client it bad and behavior is very rude. Overall just 2 star.

It's amazing experience. Good to visit with family and feel the experience. Innovative. Open all the day from 12 PM to 10 PM. Neat n clean place with well behave staff. Ice slider, sledging car and other amusement for kids. You enjoy snow dancing as well. You really feel thunder in this place. People take selfie with various ice sculpture. Recommended to visit with family.

I had a mixed experience here... The snow concept is nice... They will provide the jacket, winter cap, gloves, socks and shoes... But my little one couldn't enjoy much as they have only woolen gloves for kids... which became wet as soon as he touches the snow... Once the gloves removed.... We had to leave in just 15 mins as he was shivering without proper gloves... May be some improvisation required considering kids.... Overall good for adults

Full enjoyment!! The time we can spend inside is unlimited, but trust me, you cannot spend more than 2 hrs inside 😂....perfect place to have fun!!

The cost of the entry ticket is 400, the time which we can stay inside is unlimited they will provide us with sweaters,gloves, shoes ,socks like these basic facilities so that we can go inside the snow park, but the snow park is very small then I expected I don't think it's worth it but it's ok, I suggest go with your friends nearly 4,5 members so that you guys can enjoy more .

It's really fun in hot summer. If possible carry your own socks and gloves, they are providing without any cost but if you have it will be a good.

Great Place To Stay...Really Loved It

A very tiny snow park as compared to what we expect. Just 1 slide to have actual fun. You will get bored within a few minutes as there is space constraint. Would recommend to go only if you have never experienced snow. Kids will feel very cold and will start shivering within a few minutes and then you can't stay for any longer than that as once you leave the room you can't enter again.

It cost you 400rs per head for adults and for kids whose height is below 35 inch its half. They will provide you all the costume which are suitable for the snow park You can spend avarage 1 or 1:30 hr there They are providing unlimited time The temperature is settled in minus digree
