not good. the room got no sound proofing. There's constant noise from traffic. non-veg food brought from outside which was worst. Even veg food from the hotel was not at all good and very oily. kindly avoid this place.

Hotel is located within 500 meters of surat railway station. All basic services like Restruant, laundry, on call services available. Ravi is excellent staff. One of best budget hotels, won’t hesitate to book again.

Hotel Akash is Old Property but new renovated, This Hotel nearby Surat Railway Staion, and This Hotel is good staff is good, service too good, staff is very good because they understand the clients, and their staff have very familiar nature specially Sharma Ji Reception Manager. Very affordable and value for money this Hotel.

It's a okay stay for a solo traveler. This is because, if u come as a couple or group, the rooms are too small and even though AC is present in the room, they ask ₹800 to convert a non AC room to a AC room. Upon that there aren't enough sockets and the sockets also don't work properly

Located in the heart of Surat city.just 1km from Surat station & bus stand.. Rooms are spacious.. cleanliness and hygiene maintained. Properly sanitised. Polite and user friendly staff ..very helpful room service. Complimentary breakfast is good.. Variety of dishes in Lunch ,dinner menu. Cab /auto services easily available for sightseeing/personal visit Overall, I would recommend for family stay ,solo travellers, & business visitors

Average hotel, staff at this hotel we’re not trained and are not cooperative, a small mouse was found running inside the room, when told the same their response was very negative.

This hotel near station is typically for lower middle class travellers and people looking for cheap hotels. For me, it was a last minute unavoidable option as all other hotels nearby were running on full occupancy due to some event.

Helping and polite staff, service is very good, Pleasent stay.
