Ive
had
a
terrible
experience
here,
the
service
is
just
not
worth
the
money.
During
check
in
I
had
been
told
by
the
management
working
at
the
time
to
pay
the
total
amount
in
the
gap
of
2
days
each
till
the
full
duration
-
which
also
is
a
bit
weird
because
all
hotels
accept
payment
during
checkout
-
after
the
whole
conversation
and
paying
the
said
amount
at
the
time
told,
the
management
abruptly
deactivates
our
card
without
informing,
and
when
confronted
said
that
we
need
to
pay
the
total
amount
right
there
and
then
and
that
they
would
not
activate
before
the
payment.
After
a
long
conversation
and
the
management
accepting
what
they
had
said,
the
senior
manager
refused
to
accept
that
it
was
a
mistake
at
their
end,
a
communication
gap
at
their
end!
However,
He
went
further
ahead
accusing
us
of
not
paying
any
amount
even
after
all
the
payment
records
clearly
stated
infront
of
him.
The
senior
manager
was
rude,
mean
and
had
such
a
such
wrong
tone
of
voice,
He
just
didn't
want
to
listen,
all
he
wanted
was
his
money
and
didn’t
care
one
bit
of
us,
our
family,
and
what
we
had
to
say.
Ive
traveled
before,
booked
hotels,
never
once
have
I
had
such
a
bad
experience.
Whats
the
point
of
paying
so
much
when
you
get
dragged
into
such
a
mess
in
the
middle
of
the
stay
all
of
a
sudden!
Definitely
do
not
recommend,
save
your
hard
earned
money,
no
one
wants
to
get
accused!
