It was pleasant holiday experience with family here in Hotel Privya. Food & Aminities here in the center part of city is amazing. Vicinity helped me reach my place of business convienently.

It was a very bad experience they don't have an extra key of the room. They don't clean the room. They don't food also. Water is dropping from A/C. Drovers also have garbage in it

If you complaint about something they will not say sorry instead they start arguining after that you have to say sorry. They not even gave plate to eat us in our room. If you ask them for towels they will give you towel after 30 min and that also only 1. I never suggest anyone to this hotel. Pathetic hotel. If I can give rating below 1 star I can gave them -10. Room tv was not working. They will do nothing. You will find every insect in your room. It's like you living Amazon jungle. Pathetic service.....

Very poor service, un co-oprative staff, they not provide oil, comb, brush, nepkin or anything which provide in each and every hotels. Gygeir is not working properly, fan is noisy. After all very bad experience. I never choose again to stay.

I went there to meet one of the colleague who was on a business trip and stayed there. Services and staff ... Excellent and very polite and friendly. Rooms are good. Good budget place for stay.

The only good thing that can be said was that the bedsheets were clean enough. Flimsy doors, noisy people and cockroaches aren't great company

The service of this hotel was not good. There was no cleaning. We went in winter. The room we stayed in didn't even have hot water. They did not give two extras for sleeping. It used to take about 30 minutes to place any order after calling. None of the staff there were talking to the customers in a civil manner. There was no management of them. Not. I will not stay in this hotel again. No one else will ask to go

The hotel has prime location and interiors are upto the mark. The services including room service is excellent. The amenities are good. Cleanliness also good. Good for spending few days quietly because the rooms are disturbance free.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We had very pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and hot water available. Location is very nice. We recommend others to stay here again.

It's very rabish hotel I never go back I book for 7 day no staff service really bad room hotel se super deluxe room but it is so bad condition

In spite of an advance booking of 4 double rooms, they were not kept ready for guests. Not cleaned and toiletries and towels were not available. Checked in to the hotel at 12 am and got towels at 6 am next morning. Had to collect them from reception.

I called 7 times no one delivered water to my room. Dirty bathroom with broken roof. Rude staff. No room service. Charges are high. Small rooms. I will not visit again this place.
