I Mr Ashok Poojari had been to this great hotel. The hospitality was excellent as compared to other hotels around. The breakfast was awesome. Always ask for breakfast scheme and it is worth it .The room rate is very much affordable as compared to their service which is very excellent.Even the restaurant was excellent and the food served in the afternoon was very clean and nice.Had a great stay .Really memorable

It’s a good hotel for a 1-2 night stay! Rooms are clean and staff is also good. Would definitely recommend if someone is travelling to Surat.

Hotel is available nearby to the Surat railway station. all the room not so much special but ultimately it's comfortable hotel offers a white range of breakfast . Mobile network connectivity becomes an issue at the hotel reception area so you need to catch up for cellular network in your room.

We have been there for one day night stay on 07/11/2023. Room was not cleaned even bed cover was not removed and it's very dirty and they even don't care while we nformed to room service. Toilet was not cleaned properly and floor was very dirty. Room wifi modem was not working and we called for wifi network they were saying complain to there manager , this is how the staff were working and it's not solved until we left the room.

I stayed One Night on 31st November 2023. Room was spacious, Staff very Polite and Co-operative. The only Problem with the room was - Exhaust Fan in the Bathroom was very Noisy. And in Breakfast, only Veg items were served.

Breakfast is delicious but room size is very small. Overall average hotel experience.

4K per night for this hotel is way too much. Service was very fast. Rooms were of good size and bathrooms very small. Overall had a comfortable stay for 2 days.

If you wish to stay somewhere near the station then Yuvraj would be the best to choose from. We arrived at 9am and our check in was at 2pm but they still allowed us to check in early. Hospitality and service is very good and rooms are well maintained and hygenic. 2.5k for a day would be their normal charge.

Have been a regular visitor here. Have stayed here every time I came to Surat. Walking distance from the station. Service levels are very good. Rooms are a tad small but neat and clean. Good food. Reasonably priced. Worth the money

Mr. Ravi was there at the reception desk and he gave the best possible he could service me . Selection of location could be more better . The service Mr.ravi sapariya gave was the best so hats off to him.

Stayed here for a week. I had a great stay with amazing room and food. Rooms are clean and well organised. Food has a little variety however taste and overall hygiene is pretty good.

One of the best budget hotels available for travellers coming to Surat . 1. Walkable distance from railway station 2. Good hospitality and decent rooms 3. In house restaurant 1. Amenities are not working sometimes every time We have to request maintenance.so my suggestion the need to have a proper maintenance of AC/TOILETS/HOT WATER UNITS 2. AIRPORT is very far from here and traffic.its a hussle during traffic hours to reach AIRPORT

We all know old lines ..... "Naam bade aur darshan khote" My experience with this hotel is not that much good. Rooms were very dark and service is even so poor. Charges are even high compare to similar nature of hotels in same locality even. I am not recommending this hotel to live.

Looks like a hostel, offering hourly rates, so I doubt they change the linen. Breakfast was basic. No amenities in my room, toilet missing the flush, towels are like floor mat so rough. Moved out after 1st day even though I was paying special discount rate.

Most appreciated place like a wonderful palace... Where everything is available for all conventional services... with lovely staff.. delicious food and comfortable facilities with affordable prices and easy.

No network inside hotel. Wifi is having speed of 2002 internet. They do not provide hair oil, BW hotel provides it in all other hotels. Food has basic or pathetic taste. In juice you will have 95% water + 2% food colour + 3% real fruit content. For hot water you need to wait for minimum 40+ minutes, that Not a worthy hotel to live for.
