Good things: Rooms are neat and clean. Service is good. Toiletries and towels were arranged. We asked for tea and toast at 5 am and it was prepared immediately. There were sleepers in the room. Location is very strategic. It's a walking distance from the railway station platform 1. There is small gym on the fifth level. And a small terrace adjacent to it. Food was freshly prepared. Things need improvment: Night lamp was not there in the room. Few rooms have a very poor network connectivity ( not a hotel owner's fault). Gym could be better equiped. Overall a nice and pleasant stay. I recommend it.

I liked the pleasant atmosphere in the resort. Best place to chill with family and kids. My son enjoyed playing shuttle, carrom, riding cycle and swimming. Out of our work stress, me and my wife had great relaxation. Important mention, after 6PM the mild lighting, grass view and birds sound gave an excellent feel.

It's a very beautiful, clean of great standard hotel near the railway station. Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff from the lobby, restaurant and the guys opening the front door of the hotel gets 5star. Staff are super helpful & friendly. Their breakfast is so good with a lot of varieties. The only complain i have is they don't have a window in the rooms where you can see outside.

Stayed here for a day. Hotel is right outside railway station with all available facilities close by. 1. Rooms are clean and decent size for its location. Beds are comfortable. 2. Surprisingly well stacked bathroom with all personal care products in the bathroom. 3. Mitsubishi ac with great cooling. 4. Tea and coffee with decent quantity. 5. Property is well maintained and quite for its location. 6. Quality breakfast with ample choices. You can request for Dosa etc. Also, serves veg dinner but haven't tried. 7. Good staff and helpful throughout the stay. Hotel surely offer value for money. Highly recommended.

I have mixed reviews about this place Pros: Good location Very clean and hygenic Decent buffet breakfast Good toiletries provided Bread butter tea coffee available even before 8 am if needed Cons: -Light enters from underneath the door at night and makes it difficult to sleep -The construction is such that you hear every noise on your floor, kids running in corridors, upstairs, everywhere, it was just too noisy. I've not faced so much of an issue at other places. -The lift keeps beeping every time it reaches a floor, our room was right near the lift and that further added to the noises making sleep a challenge - Despite us telling the receiption twice, that we do not want the room cleaned in our absence, the staff went ahead and cleaned the room - For 3k+ the room lacked the premium vibe I've seen in other hotels in a similar price bracket. I saw the hotel next door, a new place called, De Grande or something similar, and it looked fantastic! I'm talking Mariott level fantastic! I checked the price online and it was around 2600. Gave me major regrets. - This is just personal preference but I found the presence of a holy quoran in every room upsetting. Never before has the religion of the owner of a hotel been thrusted upon me. I've stayed in Christian-owned hotels, Hindu-owned Hotels, and I'm sure even other Muslim-owned hotels, but I never knew who owned it! Why? Because nobody ever thrust their faith on my by putting religious scriptures of their faith in a hotel room I've paid for and occupied. But then again, Surat has such few decent hotels, despite all these cons, it's not an absolute deal breaker if you MUST stay in the city for a short bit.

Very centrally located (right next to the railway station and about 20-40 minutes from airport: depending on traffic). Decent size rooms with comfortable beds. All hygiene products available in the bathroom. Kettle for tea and coffee in every room, with a decent selection of channels on the TV. Well maintained facilities including a small gym with weights and treadmill. Very professional staff and prompt service from check in to check out. Decent breakfast buffet spread and good food made by the in house restaurant.

I’m staying at “Surya Boys PG” since past 3 months and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The first thing that caught my attention was the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. The rooms were well-maintained and provided a comfortable living space, perfect for a long-term stay. The food provided at the PG was simply amazing. The meals were delicious, wholesome, and prepared with care. As someone who enjoys good food, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of meals offered. The menu included a good vegetarian options, and the meals were always served on time. The owner of the PG and the staff were incredibly kind and supportive.

All in all really nice stay. Super close to train station. Food clean, many variations and by far one of the best I’ve had in India. (Probs to the kitchen) Rooms, big enough to do some yoga, bed cozy, clean sheets, cozy pillow, soft blanket. Bathroom clean and nice working shower, warm water. Staff was all over enormously kind and supportive. They booked traintickets for me and made my stay all over very convenient. Thank you!! Just one thing, it was a bit noisy. But that is what you get when you book a hotel in the city center. :)

Hi All - hotel orange some good things 1 location - in front of railway station ( walking distance . 2 rates are reasonable. 3 rooms are okay ( 4 they run restaurants also so food is good and at affordable rates specially non veg though am vegetarian Minus is lots of people comes from Arab and Africa they smoke alot in the room so before taking the room pls check that room should not be bombard with smoke previously! Enjoy

They also have conference hall and half terrace for small gatherings. Just few steps from railway and bus stand , also provides basement parking facilities. The ambience is feels very rich and classy. Would love to go over again and again. The food is mouth watering and service is fast as well. They provide banquet hall as well.

The service is excellent. The electrical appliances in the rooms may be of poor quality, but I was bowled over by the amazing hospitality at this place. The North Indian food served in the Ziyafat restaurant is also delicious.

Location is central and close to the railway station and bus stand , staff is helpful however it’s not maintained , staff needs training , bathroom needs more cleanliness and the bed sheets had a peculiar smell . In these COVID times the hotel should take utmost care of cleanliness and hygiene .

Located in a Good location. Opposite to railway station. The room is bit smaller. Rest everything is cool. Good for budget stay. One thing disappointed me when I checked out. Asked for a water bottle which they gave in the room during stay but after checkout asked to pay for 1 bottle. It means they cannot give water if you don't stay!

Good 3.5 star standard hotel. Clean rooms and toilets. Booked two rooms for three nights for family. Clean spacious lobby with English speaking and professional front desk. Hotel has a good in-house lobby restaurant which delivers to room also. Regularly ordered meals from there and it was up to standard. Laundry service is good too. Lastly the hotel provides free Wifi to guests. Generally no complaints.

The hotel is just what a travelling executive looks for. Neat, clean and comfortable rooms. Good quality linen & hygienic clean bathrooms. Good food and prompt response from each department. Worth every dime you spend there.

One of the best option if you are traveling for a business trip @ringroad surat. It's just 10 minutes away from main market. 1 minute from railway 🚃. Neat and clean. Very cooperating 😊 staff. The two guy in room service I don't remember their name might be one was prakash were too good. And another guy at their restaurant was very warm n welcoming every time. I am sorry that I forgot his name but yeah he is from Orissa. He took care of me like my own cook. This smiling guy and their restaurant's awesome delicious food will be my reason for my next visit and 5 ⭐. Managers were not that cool but these three boys were fab with their overwhelming behaviour for no personal benefits. They didn't even took tips from me. Overall a homely and comfortable stay. The only worst thing was their matress. I couldn't sleep properly their. I hope they will look into this also.

Very close to Volvo bus stand and Railway station, clean rooms, good restaurant on the ground floor, 24 hours gym facility for all the guests. All of these in the heart of the city. Only the issue is with spot being very crowded most of the times and car will be stuck in traffic.

This hotel is centrally located near bus and rail station(5 min walk). The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and they have a Resturant on site. Try the Sizzler, it was delicious. The staff are all friendly and helpful! Everyone

Decent hotel for business visitors. Neat and clean, staff is very polite and courteous. Breakfast is really mid with no healthy/protein rich options, but their service makes up for it. The gym equipment is limited to basic cardio machines and dumbbells till 10kg so you gotta modify sets using dumbbells only. They have a cutesy terrace with a couple of swings.
