It was a pleasant surprise to find this good level of a hotel in Surat, compared to my first time experience with the city of Surat. I will recommend this Hotel to all from Mumbai and Dubai to stay here when in Surat.

The hotel is just walking distance from the railway station and its on the roadside so easy to locate , the breakfast was good though the area where the food was served is congested and max 10 people can comfortably sit , the rooms were good and the bathroom requires a proper cleaning on a regular basis since they have expensive fitting but lacks cleaning , the staffs are friendly and yes its within the budget.

Staffs are good, Hotel seems avg. but according to price it was ok. Food is not upto the mark only veg. available no alternative apart from food arranged by them.

Hotel is very much near to the railway station, rooms are a bit old, not comparable with those newly renovated hotels nearby. Bed was having foul smell and was not able to sleep properly due to suffocation. Bathroom is old styled, amenities are available. Restaurant is nice, food is tasty, got complementary breakfast. Only due to bad smell under the blanket, I vacated on the very next day and found a better one nearby.

The staff is friendly and courteous and help make the stay as seamless as possible. The entire hotel has a vintage vibe, with old school fixtures and decor in place. 4 stars instead of 5 because the first room allotted to me reeked of cigarette smoke and the dusting in the room I got subsequently was not done properly. The staff could have checked both rooms and ensured everything was in order before handing it over to me to avoid such situations. Thanks for the comfortable stay!

Great hospitality, interior and rooms are old, bathroom are of some 90's, basic I must say, no cupboard for clothes
