WORST HOTEL and Front Desk management ! The entire front desk staff lives in a sham! They decided a price and they just gave a discount. I stayed here for 3 days, they just took the opportunity of being local and to mint more money, they hiked the prices around 800 per day at the time of checkout and then the hotel staff started shouting at us and started threatening us , even blamed that you have misunderstood and should have stayed after knowing the rates. Being a regular customer I was treated with so much unprofessional and rude attitude ! DON’t stay here ! Spend 500 bucks extra and stay in some better hotel instead. These people are just running a scam , they do not have a proper rate card or thing ! This hotel is genuinely the WORST place I have stayed in. Trust me I have roamed entire India and never ever faced such stupid, rude, unprofessional behaviour. Wish there was a negative rating. Because it’s not about the money. It’s about their commitment and then turning away from it. Especially that Half Bald manager needs to learn manners. He is very pathetic.

Either pre pay or pay in advance. If hotel is collecting payment during checkout they will charge you more than committed prices. Be careful. Experience on 1st November 2023. Don't expect international standards. Bedspreads were stinky. Do not recommend to stay

If you're not an Indian national, you can't stay. The "International” in the name is just for show. Not meant for Tourists. Avoid at all costs

Rooms are good considering price. It's opposite to railway station. Always crowded. No place for parking. Difficult to find on map as there is signal and one way

I've never seen a worst Hotel and Front manager, the front desk manager need to learn how to talk to the customers. Also at the time of check out they will charge you extra RS 300-400, if you ask the reason of extra charges then the (Half Bald) Front Manager he will start arguing in a very loudly in very bad manners. Very bad experience 😕😕... Room also so dirty and smelly, always there is a civil work going on.

It is right opposite to the station so location is very convenient. Booked a deluxe room here worth 2 thousand but the room barely has a walking space. Don't let the pictures fool you.. Go for an executive room if fits your budget.. Staff is nice and kind. Carry your marriage proof as unmarried couples aren't allowed here.

The hotel is located just near the railway station. rooms and services are good.

Since I have been travelling to Surat frequently. This time I preferred to stay nearby railway station. Its very nearby to railway station 2mins walking. Receptionist Mr. Akash is polite by nature. Rooms are well maintained. Good lobby space to walk after dine or lunch. They have only AC accomodation. Price is on higher side comparatively. I paid 1600/- per night. No complimentary breakfast.

Good clean Budget hotel right opposite Surat station. Fully veg hotel but you have lot of non veg options in walkable distances. Rooms are small but neat and clean, also the Housekeeping is good. Value for money hotel

This hotel's USP is it's location - right opposite Surat railway station. So connectivity to your onward destination and back is not an issue no matter what time of the day or night it is. The rooms are comfortable, though not very spacious. This shouldn't be a problem if you are a business traveller and the only one occupying the room. The staff is courteous and very helpful. There's a restaurant in the basement that delivers food to your room. What I disliked was the entire layout of the hotel and the way to access my room. It's built like a maze and it's quite easy to lose the way. This will pose a challenge during emergency situations, more so because there are no signs to guide you to the exit.
