They
didn't
acknowledge
my
OYO
booking.
The
staff
talked
extremely
rudely.
First
they
absolutely
denied
me
a
room
against
my
OYO
booking
and
then
the
charged
me
over
and
above
my
full
advanced
payment.
I
had
booked
a
3X
Delux
room
but
even
after
paying
extra...
They
gave
me
a
2X
Classic
room
which
was
in
pathetic
condition.
The
room
was
not
clean
enough,
the
pillows
and
quilts
were
torn
and
dirty.
The
bathroom
door
wont
close
and
lock.
And
the
only
chair
in
the
room
was
broken.
The
water
given
in
the
room
was
in
a
dirty
jug
and
the
room
service
was
very
rude
when
we
asked
for
exchange
of
pillows
or
any
other
service.
Hotel
restaurant
service
was
pathetic.
They
would
serve
food
in
dirty
glasses
and
plates
but
the
food
was
average
in
taste.
We
stayed
for
7
days
as
they
had
taken
a
fully
advance
payment
and
we
had
no
other
option.
