Great hotel for short or long stay. Breakfast was great for Indians and the service was very quick. Appreciate the hospitality of the staff. Don't get disappointed by seeing the building. The hotel is completely opposite from it.

My New Review: 1. The room I'm alloted with has problems in everything including AC, fan, door, taps, etc., and they are not even fixing it. 2. Price increased in very short span. Hotels seem to have a habit that if a client is adjusting small issues, then he wont care even if you give worst services and so they give you their bad rooms available and wont care. They'd focus on bad clients who creates drama and give good services to them. Old Review: Efficient management, smiling staffs, neat rooms, and keeps the hotel clean. Quite near to Railway station. Hope they maintain it same.

About 10 minutes from Surat station, Hotel Pearl is located on the 4th floor of a building overlooking the city. The room is nice and the bed is comfortable. The room had a chair and a table for dining. Western washroom with shower, hot water available in the morning, electric kettle with tea bags, sugar and milk powder available. Good place to stay for solo travelers and couples.

Awesome rooms at a budget price. Very neat and clean rooms, near the railway station.

I stayed in single occupancy room, it was spacious clean and racked up with all necessary amenities. Hotel staff is very supportive and cooperates with you in all possible ways. I almost stayed there for 5 days and I had no issues during my stay. I'll surely visit again whenever I get a chance to go to Surat.

I had booked a room in Rs 999/- from oyo app but initially hotel staff refused to gave room in this rate. After some time they got ready to give room but made objection in my wife's ID. My wife's ID was in the name of her father and not updated till now. We have not face such type of issue in any other hotel at other cities.

Pathetic, one room was booked for my wife from 10 to 14 Oct 2023, my wife reached at 1030 pm. Hotel does not have restaurant and wife did not feel safe as everybody was staring like they have never seen women. My wife immediately checked out and requested Mr Moin to cancel and process for refund to which he has refused. I also spoke to Mr Moin, behaviour was quite rude...I will never recommend such Hotel......I told him about a hotel in Delhi which refunded me in similar situations, to which Mr Moin said it is Gujarat not Delhi......

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in surat.This was on the top of the list of best experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

The state of the building and the ride up the elevator can be a bit deceiving, coz as soon as you enter the 4th floor, where the hotel is located, you are transported to an absolute premium facility. We loved the cleanliness levels maintained throughout the property, the comfort of the mattress, we slept like a child, response of the staff and management, we got a 3 hour early check-in without even having to request. Just go ahead and book the place, it is a perfect stay for sure, there are other amenities i havent even mentioned here.

I have travelled India many times, and stayed in many budget hotels. And this is the first time I’m writing a review for any Hotel. This hotel is clean unlike any other budget hotels in India. They have humble rooms but efficient and good mannered staff. I guess will visit again and till then wish this place remains same worm and welcoming.

They are cheaters on religious occation for extra money they cancel oyo bookings as well for early check in they charge 450 for 5 hours and late check out only for 3 hours they ask 1000 rupees don't trust them I regret there is no less than 1 star

Pearl is a beautiful hotel exactly 10 minutes from the Railway station. It’s a modern hotel with facilities of a 4-star hotel. Even though the entrance on the ground floor is dismal you will be surprised when the lift opens on the 4th floor. The service is super-prompt. You will get anything you ask for within 2 minutes. Adnan and Moin are stars at the reception. Good spread of breakfast. Vegetarian only. Room is comfortable for a family of 2-3 persons. Extra bedding is paid and available on request. This is a perfect hotel if you want to be close to the station. And need a modern facilities and a well maintained and clean room.

Then i decided to search on YouTube then came to know about this budget friendly best hotel... And i really assure you guys... Go blindly for this hotel.. will recommend each & every single person for this hotel whenever they are planning to visit Surat. Location is just a walking distance almost 400 m from GSRTC bus stand... They are having free luggage facility too... Best budget friendly hotel i have ever seen. You must visit once... The staff of hotel is also very friendly & generous... Don't have any cons to tell... Just as we say don't judge book by it's cover... Like don't judge this hotel just by outer look of the building...

One of the worse hotel i have ever seen in my life i have been to sahara star thou but this hotel pearl which is near surat kamrej he miss behaved front office guy name haider he is openly challenging to customer that we guest cant do anything on his hotel
