family
and
I
recently
stayed
at
Hotel
Merit
in
Surat,
and
unfortunately,
our
experience
was
far
from
satisfactory.
While
the
receptionist,
Shubham,
recommended
that
we
visit
their
local
textile
factory,
Saidhara
NX
Pvt.
Ltd
and
arranged
transportation,
our
return
journey
was
marred
by
unprofessional
and
unethical
behavior.
The
driver
refused
to
provide
the
return
ride,
stating
that
we
did
not
purchase
anything
from
the
factory.
This
was
completely
unacceptable,
and
we
were
left
to
find
our
own
way
back
to
the
hotel.
To
make
matters
worse,
when
we
complained
to
the
hotel
reception,
they
assured
us
of
strict
action
but
failed
to
take
any
action
at
all.
This
kind
of
behavior
towards
guests
is
simply
unacceptable,
and
it
made
our
stay
at
Hotel
Merit
an
unpleasant
one.
It
is
essential
for
the
hotel
staff
to
prioritize
their
guests'
safety,
comfort,
and
well-being.
Overall,
I
rate
my
stay
at
Hotel
Merit,
Surat,
with
a
score
of
2
out
of
5
and
professionalism,
behavior,
and
recommendation
with
a
score
of
1
out
of
5.
I
cannot
recommend
this
hotel
to
anyone
due
to
my
terrible
experience.
I
hope
the
management
takes
this
feedback
seriously
and
takes
necessary
steps
to
ensure
that
such
incidents
do
not
happen
in
the
future.
