Most pathetic experience of my life, I visit Surat each week but this has been my 1st n I would say last experience with this hotel... I had checked in the hotel by confirming I would get hot bathing water... After a wait of 40 min there was no hot water in the tap to which they were going to provide me with 1 bucket of hot water.... After a long wait of 45 more minutes and calling the reception person he started cutting my call they later gave me water in a pocha bucket (mopping bucket) the bucket and the water was all dirty(attached the images of the same), also the bedsheets were all stained was mud granules on the bed.. had no normal pillow to sleep. Hotel staff entered the room with their dirty slippers... The bathroom was not clean hair hanging from the soap holder... Everything around was dirty... Nothing was good about this place... Please don't fall for the display

Nice hotel with all the amenities on a budget. Specially if ure in city for business, affordable prices for this kind of hotel a lot more spacious than other hotels in the sane area. Plus it's nearby station & the market

Hotel suncity facilities and looking too good and behaviour nice 👍 but some facility not good. So I will give you 3 star. Some Improvement need... 1. Room service need improvement. 2. The receptionist should return the customer's ID card immediately after it is used so that the customer does not forget the ID and leave it with the receptionist. 3.The receptionist should first check whether the room is clean or not while giving the room to the customer. 4.It is better not to keep the TV in the room than to keep it in the show.If there is a TV, then also keep the connection of DTH so that the customer can use the TV. If you can not install the paid channel box You install free setup box . Otherwise, put the smart TV in the room and connect the TV with Ethernet. 5. Have faith in the customer. Thank you

The size of the room is very small not expected based on the price. However, the staff are very amazing and help in nature. Overall experience was ok except the room size based on price and AC is also not working properly.

Located at very good location, walkable distance from railway station. One can get neat and clean rooms at affordable prices. Staff is good. They also offers moderate complementary breakfast. A good hotel to stay in Surat.

It was a pleasant 6 day stay, the room was comfortable, staff is co-operative.

Location is good, very close to Surat railway station. Need to focus on maintenance of property, and cleanliness of toilet. Food is outsourced. Staff are polite and courteous.
