service
need
improvement.
2.

receptionist
should
return

ID
card

after
it

used
so

customer

the
ID
and

with
the
receptionist.
3.The
receptionist
should
first
check
whether
the
room
is
clean
or
not
while
giving
the
room
to
the
customer.

not

TV

room
than

show.If
