The hotel is very near to bus stand as well as railway station of Surat (walking distance). The rooms are very clean including washrooms. Double room is ₹1000 and triple room(double bed and one additional single bed) is ₹1800. 4person can stay in triple room. The checkout time is at 12 noon. Foods in their list is less and also cheap in price except tea. I'm only dissatisfied with the timing they deliver the food, we need to call them twice. If we don't know the place and we have to visit some places near by if we inform them, they will arrange the autos for us which comparatively cheap. There are many textile shops(market) near by where we can purchase dress in cheap price as wholesale.

Rooms are ok ok, but food of this hotel is not good. I had ordered for Cheese Paratha (Paneer Paratha), but they served Plain paratha with some cheese on it.

The food was Awful and absolutely horrendous, the service is the absolute worst, they couldn't understand a single request, nor do they have the conscience to ask again just to stay on the same page.

Great location, small but great and well maintained rooms, warm staff. Parking under the bridge is a bother though, our car was covered in dust after we parked there overnight on instructions of the reception staff.

Room size is too small. Bedsheets are not cleaned properly. Water bottles which they r providing are not original. Filling local filtered water in kinley nd serving with charges. Reception Staff is rude.

Good Hotel in budget. Very friendly & Co-operative staff. I think now they are renovating property, which is good and needed.. Bathroom and small things like grill of Ac could be bater. But overall good experience. Most Important is services in hotel industry. Which was good here.

The rooms smell really bad and the interior as well doesn't match satisfying standards. The only good factor is the much less distance from the railway and bus station, but that also isn't unique as many more hotels are such

The room was so Conjusted. We had ordered tea in the morning which took almost 45mins to come. Bathroom was also worst, worst interior.
