Best place to stay near railway station, recently renovated, limited rooms but less crowd and good ambience. Budget friendly, good for people who want less crowd and nuisance. Staff is very friendly, courteous very helpful too they know in and out of the city and can guide you to local hotspots for business & leisure.

Very very very bad staff at the liquor department. Strongly suggest to do not go at this place for buying any liquor through permits. They are liars and illiterate people who have ZERO knowledge about the rules and regulations of permitted liquor. The person who was seating at the front desk was telling me that they can't issue a permit and no one can buy liquor (permit based) after their first purchase however on "Gujarat Government" website depicts that a person who has a "visitor permit" can buy maximum 4 times liquor at every 7 days interval. In a nutshell, either the staff doesn't want to work or they are doing something wrong with the allocated liquor by Gujarat Government. I would suggest that upper management has to consider this matter and resolve this issue, as many people have the same reviews about the point/concerns. "Visitors are not happy with your services".

Looks like old hotel. From outside it look like villa. We had thought it might be some one house. And went further then some local people pointed on that villa and told that is hotel oasis. Liquor team is harrasment team. It feel they need something. As you have everything then also they ask you, tell you new thing bring them bring them if everything full fill. Then with new reason they will say not possible.

Worst experience. Not again go to get worst behaviour.

I was there for Permin and The security guard for the permit is very rude. Seems like they don't want business. I am an NRI and he didn't even let me talk with a responsible person who can issued a permit by saying we don't issue a permit here (which seems against rule). Seems like the hotel is just replying positively to negative comments but not taking single step. He is from "Priti" security service. I came from so far for only this and the treatment I received is the worst. Very disappointed

This hotel has amazing roll-creams and cake slices. Must visit the hotel specially for the bakery ! Don't know much about the hotel or the rooms 😛

We have recently stayed here...rooms are clean, hotel staff is very humble and courteous,food is excellent overall very good service.i have given 1 Star less because there are 3 storeys building and there is no lift...so if you are old aged or any health issues pls don't go for it.location was little difficult to explain to aoto wala and even ola Uber...but it was manageable.

I have visited this place last sunday for breakfast. But when i go for handwash, its washrooms are as dirty and stinky i had cancel my plan and decided to never visit here again.

While the rooms were good size and the pool had been recently renovated, the overall infrastructure could use some improvement. The food is delicious. However, the staff specially the manager could use some training. He has annoyed us for making the balance payment of the property admist our functions and literally stood at our gate as if we were to run away with the guest still in the premises. This is not expected from the hotel which has been booked for 3 days with advance payment for wedding functions. Apart from the rude and arrogant behavior of the manager everything else was decent.

Everyone has Zero knowledge of liquors at this place specially who sits at cashier counter. Misused of Authority and bad attitude of seller. Need to complain to state board of liquor department.

Very Very Very practice hotel.... Hotel Manager Mr. Murari behavior with guest is very bad. He has try to theft my gold chain. Just request to Hotel owner plzz take the serious action against your Manager.

It is nice hotel with good ambience. I visited it to have a cup of Hot n sour soup which was distributed at the hotel at a very reasonable rate. The soup was wonderful and I really liked it. It also provides bakery items which also is of good quality and hygienic. Thank you.

Best hotel with nice and elegant conference hall. Good parking and also near by to railway station and bus station ....hardly walking distance. They serve good food and they have inhouse restaurant which opens for 6 am to 11 pm It also provides bakery items which also is of best quality, hygienic and very cheap rate. Manager Mr. Satyam and staff's so co-operative.
