I was experience there in afternoon time. The price of food was high. They need to improve there ambience. I expected more but disappointed. Dont recommend for special occasions.

Good Experience, place was good but since we are in a Post covid times, the experience was limited to food, time of preparation and the staff behaviour. For Me all 3 of those were pretty smooth and good. We went there specially for the Sizzlers as the OG Bombay Blue, City Plus is closed permanently! Had other options but somehow choose this one. Had good ambience but the crowd was unmanaged, Food was good we ordered Soup, Side starters, Sizzlers and Macaroni. The odd part was Macaroni as it wasnt mentioned in the menu yet I asked if they have a sweet one with they saod yes and I ordered but instead we got a Macaroni which is Savory, which is not bad but not what asked/expected. Sizzlers had good Quantity enough for 2 per Sizzlers but the variations were still the similar, there were varieties but they get you the same taste mostly with different toppings Mostly Paneer. Overall We had fun as the food was prepared quickly yet was self serve due to Covid and it gets tough to serve sizzler among 6 people! Thank you for reading. Hope this helps!

Went for the lunch, Atmosphere was very good. Burnt garlic soup and paneeer tikka was very good for starter. Lasagne one of the good dish. Arrabiata pasta if u want to have some spicy food. Sabji Mumtaaz as an indian main course with lachha paratha can give you very indian authentic taste.

Hello so it was the Dhanteras celebration in family. And as like every year I treat ladies members of my family to a Resturant. So today we went to blue basil. Good parking place available Washrooms are neat and fine. Staff is superbly well Trained as well Mannered and very very cooperative. So today we ordered Tortilla bean soup Man-chow soup Tomato soup Masala papad French fries Spicy mushroom coriander Paneer Bhuna tikka Angaara chap Jeera rice Dal masala Tadaka Garlic, Naan Masala chaas Plani chance Sweet Lassi

Since a long pending visit.... And was happy to be here .. Let me speak about the food... 1. Starters... Canadian Cheese Soup was a treat .. especially for those with a penchant for cheese shall love it... Afghani Chaps were too good ... And equally were the patato cheese fingers ... 2. Main course is also worth mentioning. Paneer was soft and well made and rotis were wheat based so added to the overall experience. Hot chocolate with brownie was just as good as it should be.... Good ambience and not to forget to mention... Service was too goo and QUICK...

Extremely poor food taste, loose management at the restaurant and quality not worth the price charged. The whole point of dining at a restaurant is nothing if they cannot offer hospitable environment, service and good tasting fresh food. Blue basil is not worth dining at on a special occasion, it is okay if there is no other restaurant open in the entire city. Had bad experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

Overall I loved the experience. The food was quite remarkable. We started with Canadian Cheese Soup (Must try), Manchurian (soft and up to standard), Chilly Potatoes (medium spicy), Exotica sizzler (We didn’t quite like the taste but was okay), Brownie (Mouth Watering) Ambience - soft music, descent lighting and unique interior We enjoyed our food to its core! Thank you to chefs for delicious food and staff members for their quick service.

Visited this place with family. Good - 1. The menu have very nice combination of Indian and Continental cuisines. 2. Well trained staff. 3. Prompt service. 4. Ambience Bad - 1. Slightly overpriced if we compare with the food quantity served.

We went there to celebrate our anniversary. I visited several times there in the past and everytime we enjoyed there. But yesterday service was very poor. All staff members were mumbling with each other instead of taking care of customers.we ordered Mexican sizzler and it was so delicious. But I had to ask for gravy normally comes with it . And they didn't even served green chutney or any salads what they normally do. Anyways, I hope they will improve their service. Food was very tasty as always.

The food was delicious and their service and atmosphere was pretty good as well. But they didn't have any mocktails or coffee available at the time we went for dinner.

Food is superb..service is great..the only negative was no physical menu..u have to scan for menu & there's hardly any network inside the restaurant..the management should look into that.

I have visited this restaurant thrice and the food was quite good twice but not the third time. It's not bad but it wasn't as good as it was the first two times. I would still recommend the place for it's quick service and atmosphere. Plus I'm sure the food would become better!

I have never seen such lost staff in such a well designed restaurant. The food is awesome but the staff seems to be very confused. When I asked for a glass of warm water for my kids, one of the waiter blindly refused to provide it and when one of the supervisor immediately agreed for it that waiter was arguing with the supervisor (I was laughing my guts out at this).. They served rotis first followed by main course and then the starters, basically they were expecting us to either eat cold breads or eat starters at the end.. No complaints about the food though, it was quite delicious

Fine din restaurant with all kind of Veg cuisines. Decor is beautiful. Staff courteous. Food is tasty. Service is appreciably fast. Prices is comparable to other restaurants in town but definitely in the average range. Go place for spending some time with friends and family.

This restaurant has bright ambiance with blue theme. Service is fast. Various north indian and Chinese food options available in menu.

They do serve good food and service quality is tip notch. They have a few signature dishes, and are worth trying. We are regular here, but now would be a good time to update the menu, which is probably the reason why it ends up with 3 stars instead of 4.
