This
restaurant
is
absolutely
terrible
and
the
worst.
It
is
a
complete
waste
of
money.
There
is
no
proper
functioning
of
fans
or
AC.
The
food
is
not
even
worth
1%
of
what
they
charge.
There
is
hardly
any
waiter
available,
only
one
waiter
to
serve.
The
quality
of
food
and
the
ambiance
are
extremely
poor.
Consequently,
the
place
is
dirty,
and
the
washrooms
and
kitchen
have
a
foul
smell.
I
strongly
advise
against
visiting
this
place;
the
cake
and
bouquet
provided
are
equally
disappointing.
I
would
give
it
a
negative
rating.
They
charge
exorbitant
prices
but
provide
a
third-class
service.

the
owner
of
resturant
call
and
fight
with
me
on
call
I
am
deeply
disappointed
with
your
response
to
my
review.
Instead
of
acknowledging
the
issues
and
taking
responsibility
for
the
poor
conditions
in
your
restaurant,
you
chose
to
make
excuses
and
even
resorted
to
arguing
with
me.
This
kind
of
response
only
further
reflects
the
lack
of
professionalism
and
empathy
that
I
experienced
during
my
visit.
The
fact
that
it
was
raining
outside
should
not
have
affected
the
functionality
of
your
fans
or
AC
inside
the
restaurant.
Every
customer
deserves
a
comfortable
dining
environment
regardless
of
external
weather
conditions.
Providing
a
personal
fan
as
a
solution
is
not
acceptable
when
I
paid
for
a
decent
dining
experience.
As
for
the
foul
smell
in
the
washrooms
and
kitchen,
blaming
it
solely
on
the
rain
is
not
credible.
A
well-maintained
restaurant
should
have
measures
in
place
to
deal
with
such
situations
promptly.
Ignoring
the
hygiene
issue
not
only
affects
the
overall
ambiance
but
also
poses
a
serious
health
concern.
Your
claim
about
holding
back
waiters
to
allow
customers
to
have
a
quality
time
with
their
partners
does
not
excuse
the
lack
of
adequate
staff.
I
expect
a
reasonable
level
of
service
and
attention
when
dining
out,
and
having
only
one
waiter
for
the
entire
restaurant
is
simply
unacceptable.
Regarding
the
food,
the
quality
was
subpar,
and
the
taste
did
not
justify
the
exorbitant
prices
you
charged.
Your
suggestion
to
order
other
options
from
the
menu
is
not
a
valid
response
to
the
disappointing
experience
I
had
with
the
items
I
did
order.
Your
attempt
to
dismiss
my
feedback
by
referring
to
"other
customers"
is
irrelevant.
My
review
is
based
on
my
personal
experience,
and
the
lack
of
other
customers
in
the
restaurant
only
highlights
the
issues
further.
Your
cake
and
bouquet
offerings
were
also
equally
disappointing,
and
your
attempt
to
justify
them
only
shows
a
lack
of
concern
for
customer
satisfaction.
To
conclude,
I
will
not
be
visiting
your
restaurant
again,
and
I
will
certainly
not
recommend
it
to
anyone
else.
As
a
customer,
I
have
the
right
to
express
my
dissatisfaction
with
your
services,
and
your
response
has
only
reaffirmed
my
decision
to
share
my
negative
experience
with
others.
I
hope
you
take
this
feedback
seriously
and
work
towards
improving
the
cleanliness,
service,
and
overall
experience
at
your
establishment.
