I came in from Nigeria 3rd of October and stayed for 20 day at this hotel. Their hospitality is top notch. Lovely people, always ready to give extra help without asking for pay. Highly recommended for anyone coming to Surat City.

Had an amazing experience with our family. Mr.Tejpal is really helpful in every manner and made our stay really worth. Though it is a budget hotel the rooms are quite good and the bathroom is clean. Located close to the Surat Railway station it is a best deal. The food is also really good. The breakfast spread though Limited but the food that they serve is really tasty.

V good experience of stay at Royal treat. I was on a foodie trip & decided to stay here becoz of proximity. Excellent location, close to the railway station & also at a short distance from all famous eateries. Rooms are small but well kept & neat. Clean washrooms. Great service. They serve really good & tasty breakfast. All at a great price. Highly recommended. .

hotel manager was scam with our brother please don't pay advance payment. after reaching hotel my brother cancel hotel then manager say our owner was come in hotel then we pay refund. after some time i call then they say i can't pay you and give me a different reason.... so please don't pay advance. there have many batter hotels so book thet hotel... jitendra d. i have proof of your policy whare you write cancel any time till check in and get 100% refund...

Near to all market, rooms are small but quite clean and organised well also overall hotel is cleaned properly

This hotel lets working girls stay inside it for many months, always sitting inside lobby for entertainment of owner and his friends. Guests get discount so only if you are low type person- visit and Sumonpati the hotel waiter arranges alcohol drinks. Railway station and shopping is only reason why I pick this hotel but very terrible experience. If you are female guest, then you will get confused for being one of the working girls and harassed. Not for professional business women.

A good value for the price. I would bump it up to four stars, but it does not offer secure wi-fi and my anti-virus warned me that my computer was vulnerable to attack. I didn't check my email, let alone go to any important sites. Scanned for malicious software after I left. Yikes. Close to train station.

Don't trust and pay advance payment. After payment thay give you different objections to cancel hotel after thay can't pay back your money so please don't book here. You have better option in surat...
