Horrible they didn't deliver my laundry on time and not calling me to inform that they have received it Either after I checkout the Hotel so imagine their services

Excellent location. Great complimentary breakfast. Rooms are a bit small. Perfect for 2 people but not for 3 people. Overall 4/5

Good hotel at affordable price

I would appreciate the sincerity and humbleness of the staff. Unknowingly, i have paid extra money during the room checkout and i didn't noticed the same. I have not in my mind of this additional payment. The hotel accountant is calling me back after almost 03 weeks of time and returning the additional payment, which i have paid during my check out. It is big thing and appreciate the hotel staff for this wonderful sincerity...,👌👏👏

Yesterday I visit hotel happiness this is located near shree kuberji textile park market at ring road, this was nice exp6 for me to meeting up with my client, the room was nicely decorated and well cleaned, must visit it if you are in Surat.

Room is average but breakfast is good. Some room have average bathroom or wash room. It is ok for 1-2 night . There is a good get together area on 3rd floor. They have also power point presentation set up for small group discussion and work. Overall good

Bad experience :- it's a worst service and they thefts my mobile in room and money also and there is no proper response from the property and they not even changed the bedspread and even they don't have water purifier and mineral water to provide it's a totally froud hotel and there is no parking also please ever visit this place,.

The hotel was not worth its price, breakfasts was very much limited in quantity and in options. while finalising the property there was option for buffet breakfast however, the hotel didn't had that option. In fact we had to ask for the breakfast everyday and thats too the breakfast of ther choice, as they said this is onky available at this time. The rooms were too small, No proper toiletries. Cleaning wasn't up to the mark as they gave an excuse saying that maximum staff is on leave due to diwali I WOULD RATE MY EXPERIENCE AS 2.5 OUT OF 5

Its my very mistake to book in hote happines.there ia no any happiness.rooms not good .stafs behavior not good.i booked this hotel in booking .com site. Any body want to sleep or stay dont go to that hotel .

Value for money ,.. Very Good breakfast.... good internet access.... well maintained rooms ,, very closer to Surat railway station.... good location,, heart of the city... front office will give you the best service.... well trained staffs and they serves you with good hospitality.... I can say this is the best hotel provides you good accommodation for its cost.... Cleaned towels and bed spreads.. Newspapers to every room... daily house keeping with care.....
