Horrible. Don't trap through the photos hotel guys have posted. Room conditions pathetic and bed sheets unclean. Hestitant to give basic facilities - toiletries etc. Even one star is more to give

Worst Experience the staff behaviour was very ill mannered. The check in was denied saying only person above age of 22 are allowed which is nowhere mentioned in website. Moreover they haven't give me the refund nor reponding to my booking agent make my trip

This is the old but highly well maintain property in the city I would like to inform all my friends and request to please come here once to get excellent experience of the best hospitality. Staff behaviour is polite and very nice Breakfast is also delicious and complimentary for guest.

Location is nearby Surat Railway station & walkable. It takes only 10 mins by walk from Station. Also it is located by main road. It's near the textile market. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are clean & spacious too. Their food & cleaning service is satisfactory. Staff is cordial too.

Big size and very clean rooms. But reception desk is at 1st floor without elevator. Elevator is available from 1st floor onwards.

One of the best hotels i stayed in Surat.. very friendly and helpful staff, clean and neat rooms plus budget friendly.. Everything was on point I must say. The only sad part was that I just stayed for 1 night and didn't get much time to spend at the hotel.. Overall Excellent!!

What a hotel ! I can't explain room and service of the hotel. I was spechless to see the manner of manger Mr Gautam pathak And also manner ful staff. Small property but I get value of money there.
