A regular visitor & customer. Most affordable rooms in the vicinity. They were actually tied up with Oyo first, But now they are a stand alone. So, they accept only offline bookings. You need to call them up, discuss the pricing & block your dates before visiting the Hotel, as usually they are full on weekends. There are a lot of other Oyo Hotel's available near this but non of them are Hygiene and are also similarly priced. I would recommend The Park Infinity hotel to anyone who wants an affordable hotel to stay. If you want a nice view from the room then select the roadside rooms which has very large glass pane windows. Will Definitely recommend this Hotel. And yes I felt it was couple friendly also.

Hotel is decent only for a night stay. I faced following problems during my stay:- 1) Not enough options for breakfast. 2) Unclean walls & bedsheets. 3) Soaps and Shampoo bottles were not refilled. 4) TV was not working.

Worst hotel, small rooms , costly food with untasty unhigenuc ,its non other than oyo come direct to this property you get heir room at 1500rs rather get cheated by booking from goibibo or some other sites in this hotel all ways rooms are available.

Terrible service. Dirty rooms and lizards and cockroaches in the room. No linen provided in the rooms inspite of asking. My family suffered a lot. Not at all worth the price. And terrible place to go. Not recommended at all.

I would recommend you sleep on the footpath, rather than spend one second in this property. I spent one night at this establishment - the room was crawling with mosquitoes and lizards. I ordered in a pasta from thheir in-house restaurant - the food was stale and I got food poisioning from it. The room was smelly and unhygienic, and the AC didn't work - you can imagine my plight in the 40°C Surat heat. To top it all of, when i complained about this to the management, they were rude and denied to change my room. They even charged me extra for cleaning the room, that was dirty before I even checked in. All in all, please choose any other Oyo property than this.

I chose this hotel because of good reviews but the place is nothing like they show. There were lizards and cockroaches in the rooms. Stained bedsheets and torn blankets. Also to top it all they did not provide us with towels even, when asked to provide towels they did not give it until next morning saying all the towels are wet, inspite of me checking in late at 10 in the night. It was very disappointing, I tried to complain to the manager but was not able to get a hold of it until 2 days later when I was checking out. And this was not for one room only I was visiting with my entire family including children and elders so we booked 4 rooms and this is the horrible kind of service we were provided. NOT RECCOMMENDED AT ALL.

Pathetic hotel and pathetic service. Oyo name is enough to degrade anything. Bedsheets and walls are very dirty and the towels were stinking. Air conditioner was not working. The furtiture was half damaged and left unrepaired. The property owner really needs to look into the operations and its management. What's shown in pictures is not what you get. You need to reinvest to maintain yourself.

Chef Sunny and manager Sahil have been very courteous during my entire stay made me feel comfortable and feel at home would want to visit this hotel once again

If you don't have the option, go for this The rooms are big, but they lack basic facilities and details. AC was super slow, same for the fan. The bathrooms are not up to the mark. They lack basic thing like clothes hanging hooks. The wash basin did not have basic napkins or a hanger for the same. Property requires loads of maintenance.

The hotel is nicely furnished. The service is quick. It is quite clean. The beds have quite a bit of bounce. The breakfast is pretty well spread and made well too. Rooms are well equipped. I couldn't find anything to complain about.

In case you don't have any option to stay then you may choose this place for single night only.Service is not so good. "You have to be very careful for your bills before checkout because they will attach (mixup) the another's bill copy to your bill so check the evey single page of your bill with reference of your sign." you have pich and call for every basic need (like you have call them for handwash is not available). They will even charge for drinking water also (20/-😃) . It doesn't matter you book this hotel with oyo or direct they provide the same facilities and items (their own brand). Stay alert stay safe 🙏

O rating Before 2 day ago I booked rooms in this no 951212101040 by phone for my guest . They confirmed and give me price 1800 rs with breakfast so I tell please book rooms for my guest. After two day i know hotels management does not give breakfast to my guest they cheat me. I complained to the hotel management about this, they would not admit their mistake And their behavior with the customer was also very bad and rudely.Be careful not to let this happen to you or beware of this type scammer. This incident made me feel very ashamed of my guest

Nice ambiance and co op staff

This was a surprise to us that it was that well maintained. Staff are incredibly cordial and helped us when we reached late night.

Nice place for wedding and function. Halls here are only good for small gathering but they have a lawn area for reception. Rooms facilities are good. Lift is too noisy.

6th floor lobby had water leakage issues, underground parking wasnt well lit an dumped with garbage. Room had unclean towels, stinky. Washroom had cobwebs. Staff was unhelpful. Seems like no one in this hotel cares for its customers. I think they have given up or the managements needs to wake up

Horrible.Unreliable.Untrustworthy.Shouldnot be in hospitality business .Had a booking that was paid for in advance completely .The staff had the indecency to inform that the booking was cancelled when i arrived at the reception and there were no apologies.As a solo traveler I rely on communication for safe accommodations. Wouldn't recommend this hotel ever.

Hotel refused check inn even my online booking was confirmed. Payment has been already done online. Rude behaviour,no courtesy. Against Hotel ethics. Very bad experience. Will Never suggest others. Like any other god hotel i felt is since ths is nearby railway station so people travelling from trains have a great location. Nothing special neither bad about the roms or service

Total fraud practice. They have listed their hotel at all Travel Sites just to get the customer walk in to their trap. I Booked Online. But hotel denied check-in citing reasons that hotel does not accept online booking. I was demanded 1800 as room charge for check-in. Since it was late, I somehow became ready to pay but I requested to see the room first before paying. The room was stinky and not worth the price. So, checked in to other hotel.

I booked it online.... When I went there, he said the rates are below our base price , u cancel the online booking n pay 1600 to us or find the alternate solution. At night 12.45 i had no option but to shell out 1000 rs extra.... Do take care while booking thru Oyo ..

The hotel clearly said we did not accept Oyo booking.totaly unsatisfied service by Oyo or hotel. If they didn't allow Oyo booking, why are they at Oyo.
