Worst receptionists their, he is dronken in working hours itself. Worst behaviour of receptionist with customer. For management of suvidha ghar dormetry Better to immediately change the receptionist otherwise the customers will not come once again.But facilities are good

Amazing and affordable stay for short/long term stay - The facilities are good. Badal Bhai, the manager was very helpful. It's close to the railway station, all important locations easily accessible. 5/5 for Suvidha Ghar.

This place is very nice to stay on very low cost. The manager is very humble and friendly. U get a bed with a small cupboard. Bathing and wc facilities are well sanitized. Also the place is having centralised AC which makes it chilled during night. I had a lovely experience staying there and experiencing. If I ever have to go to a dormitory in surat i would love to stay in SUVIDHA GHAR ❤️

Nearest to railway station and all facilities are available within the dormitory itself and one of the best thing this suvidha ghar has it is centrally air conditioner. Neat and clean . I have been used to this orimises all are hygibe and so clean but the current Manager is so rude behaviour with anyof the innocent persons after drinking alcohol at evening always he didn't have any of the manner for the speak with the pricious customer and also he can insult to the cosmetic without reason too, so I suggest to the Hotel owner to change this person for serve better of our quality of the hotel and save the respect of the hotel Today at the date of 23/12/2023 at the times of 10:35 pm I just said him for give me towel because I need to be went to my work early morning and he becomes annoy on me for i said him for it ( so he replied me for payment and I also paid his payment and he was said me I'll checkout of you're tommorrow ( I said I don't want to chack out ) but he didn't obey it and said this is my order and this is my hotel... I said it's ok give me you're boss mobile number... He said me I'm the owner of this Hotel and said you must have to chackout tommorrow... I said it's ok but I'll complain for you to you're owner... ...it's ok by forgive me to him because I'm not like him, but every pricious and loyal person have felt guilt after comes in this orimises just and just by this our Dormatery Manager... ...I request to hotel owner about our Dormatery Manager to take care of him well as well as our reputed Hotel and promises respects. ....Regards RKSoni

Stayed for 3days..very much satisfied with everything..best option to stay nearby surat station as it comparatively cheap and ambience is good.

Near to Railway station and affordable price. The staff also good. The only thing to dislike is the wash area.
