Best hotel in near railway station and also good staff and service...

Located exactly opp railway station, Good connectivity to the local markets This hotel seems very small from exterior facade, but is quite big when explore after entering. They have personal lift for their hotel They have valet parking facilities which is very prompt and punctual The manager, and staff are very polite and cooperative, they make personalised adjustments, best is they give 24 hr checkout, They have lot of options in rooms, The rooms are very well maintained, with decent interior, Wah rooms are clean n hygienic, Ac are functioning well , they can serve food from outside also, Prices are very reasonable compared to other hotels in same area

No doubt this hotel is neat and clean, but day by day it is decreasing their value, ROOMs ACs are as usually old, Charging Switches are Old, Also if i am talking about Breakfast there is typical breakfast with not good quality of food i have attached picture of banana which they served in breakfast and that is the only in fruit, as i am a regular traveller i have seen other hotels are giving good quality in breakfast atleast, Also they have a dual policy for checkout 24 hours if you booked through them, and 11 am if you booked through online, even online rates are bigger then them.

I have stayed here three- Four times, location Good and Room also Good, staff polite and cooperative. Room Good, neat and cleaned....I don't have tried food here because out side many Good Restaurant there.... I recommend to stay here any one like family, solo business trip. only issue here is Price is higer side...i suggest to Hotel Management team to decrease little bit stay charges.

I loved this hotel. It is situated at second floor and third floor. There lobby is so clean with automatic lights 💡. They have very different door mechanics with automated lock 🔐. There room are spacious and also luxurious. Room service is available 24 hrs. You can see the photos of lobby and room under.

Best hotel near surat railway bustand <n budget. Rooms are big and clean as shown in photos. Staff's behaviour and their service was soo good. Food is also nice. Must try Veg. Kolhapuri. Thank you Hotel sheetal plaza for your service. It was a good stay there.

Hotel Service Room Location every thing is excellent

Though hotel rooms are nice n clean, parking place issue. Surrounding not very clean due to dense population of hotels near by.

The hotel is bang opposite Surat rlwy stn. Although the entry to the hotel is not that good but once inside I'll give 5 stars for service, cleanliness and staff behaviour. The best part is all the lights in the lobby are sensor based so you tend to conserve energy n power. Rooms are quite spacious. We were 6 pax and booked a couple of days in advance, hence got 2 rooms comprising 3beds. Very neat and clean. Had called the reception for booking and was received by Mr Zaid Patel who was more than courteous to accept the bookings. We were given a complimentary breakfast too. Tea, coffee, south indian, punjabi, toast butter, fruits, and the list goes on. Overall no negative remarks. Best place to stay.

I love to stay @ this hospitality which is home like me service is awesome the rooms are clean and neat. Whoever stays here will find new experience of pleaantness . Totally i love to my heart to enjoy to stay in this hotel.

I visited hotel sheetal palaza located near Surat railway station, it is very close to Surat railway station, you can easily reach you train if you have😁, this hotel is good but sometimes parking is a big problem because the hotel has very small place of parking so something the parking is make problem. Please make sure it.

Sheetal plaza is a great hotel to stay, For family for business both. The vibe is very positive, and the best part it is very near to the station. They serve amazing breakfast, and the quality of service is really good. Everytime i come to surat i stay in sheetal plaza only.

Just go blindly, it may be a little bit expensive but you'll feel energize while staying there, rooms are neat & clean staff members is also very polite & supportive.

The hotel staff is so rude if you want to check out from this hotel you want to tell one day before and no check out time also no covid preservation the staff doesn't wear mask as well
