Staff is doing business there with money, and insit to guest for pay extra money, at the time of check-in they tell something and later when will check out they were ask money and tel different stories, Staff will behave very rudely with guest. Please don't go to this hotel...

One of the best hotels I have ever visited, services, behaviour of the waiters and cleanliness at the hotel have really won my favour and heart , I think, it is one of the most comfortable and pleasant places to stay in. Superb and mind blowing facilities are available there.

Rooms are mediocre. Negative vibes in this hotel. Something bad happened while I was staying here. I felt negativity in this property. There was a lizard in our bathroom. I've attached a photo of it. After the lizard went out of the bathroom from the window, I closed the window after which there was still a gap for lizard to enter. They should've closed window before we checked in. There was leakage in the tap in washroom. Telephone in our room was not working so we couldn't connect with reception for room service. When we reached the hotel, there was nobody to carry our luggage. We waited and then the watchman called two boys to pick up our bags. Hygienic lobby. Clean place overall. Antique show pieces are kept. Traditional furniture. Good stay option of you have a small budget. I will never go here again.

It comes opposite to Surat Railway Station. Food here is very tasty only if you taste North Indian dashes. Cost is a bit more than economic. But quality and quantity wise acceptable. Okay to have feel good taste in Surat.

They do not accept online booking, if you go by booking on with a compatible price they won't give you rooms in return will ask to cancel the online booking for which you already have paid for, and tell you to make payment ofline again

Kerala paratha and paneer bhruji and paneer toofani are really wholesome

No cleanliness, dirty blanket, dirty sofa, higher cost, no boiler, asking too many questions on martial status...ac, fan, light works.Keep this hotel as your last option.
