I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days in this property, this is amazing and truly wow experience , truly hospitality services and unique facilities in Surat City, self owner puts himself on guest shoes and gives you all comfortable placement and services, supper plan for single traveller , couples and families too. You have all modern facilities and peaceful atmosphere, if you are planning for Surat then this is only the modern luxurious house, villa and hotel for you. Don't think and just book and enjoy. You have all basic and major amenities, kitchen and accessories , purified water, fridge, sweet and soft linens and specially a thin bed cover blankets,(my favourite) Iron box, hot and cold water supply, ready made tea bags, tea kettle, all toilataries etc.. Supper deep hygiene and cleaned room with LED fixture. I appreciate the services and thankful to SAMIR BHAI, (owner) and highly recommend to all.... Cheers !!!!!!

Wow! Entirely enjoyable experience of our lifetime! On our first arrival at the Ashirwad Villa Complex in Bharthana/Vesu, my wife Malti and I were immediately impressed by the clean, well-maintained property. In the end, we had a very pleasant and prolonged stay for 10 weeks in one bedroom apartment/villa located in a quiet corner facing the Children's park/playground. Our kitchen was fully equipped. We did not cook but chose to order in a tiffin from Bhagvati Ben, a resident in the same complex. She delivered to our villa, a variety of delicious Surti cuisine dishes on daily basis. Upstairs, our bedroom was large with a comfortable double bed and a toilet/shower room with provision of hot water all day. The cleaning lady, Anita kept our place clean and washed our clothes regularly. It was joyful to interact frequently with her two friendly boys. Caretaker of the property, Chotu was indeed caring and polite. He assisted us with all our needs/requests with an ever-present smile! Our landlord, Samir Bhai together with her daughter, Jill frequently checked on us to make sure we were always comfortable. Samir Bhai, his wife and his parents went above and beyond to make us "feel at home" and their genuine kindness portrayed their innate humanity.

A very pleasant stay.....safe, secure and spacious property....It's a home away from home. Mr Samir the owner was a caring, friendly, informative and a brilliant host who despite his busy lifestyle is always available and helpful to his visitors needs. Treats you like a family member hence making you feel very comfortable. Would definitely use his facilities again in the future. Highly recommended. Thank you Mr Samir for such a wonderful stay.

This has been one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in Surat. The staff is friendly, the room was great and I fell in love with it. Clean rooms and most importantly the house keeping do an excellent job. Stayed here for three nights and already booked my next stay here. They did an amazing response on my every query. Excellent location, really central and close to main market.||Comfortable bedding.||Personnel was rather welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel for stay. Last but not least, owner of this property (Mr Samir) is highly professional, helpful and goes beyond his duty to make our stay pleasant.

We were here for 2 nights and were super happy with the stay. The house was very neat and clean, the bed linen too. The kitchen was well equipped with all required pots, pans, plates etc. The househelp was very friendly and helped us with every we needed. Overall a great stay and would definitely go back

One of the best places I stayed so far. Luxurious duplex villas with all basic amenities provided. Very clean, neat and tidy. Well maintained. Villas are spacious and gives a feeling of luxury. Very quite neighbourhood. Peaceful community. Easily approachable from airport and city center. Shopping center and markets are very close, just a short drive away. Had a wonderful stay here. Will definitely visit again. Thank you.
