About 10 minutes from Surat station, Hotel Balwas Ahe room is nice and bed is comfortable. The room had a chair and a table for dining. Western washroom with shower, hot water available in the morning, good accommodation for single travelers and couples.

The hotel is at the moment in renovation. Some rooms are already available. At the end of renovation it will be a great hotel to stay .....

Excellent location, Excellent Service and Great rooms I visited quite a few hotels before zeroing down to Balwas. I did not regret it. They have excellent, airy rooms. The AC works very well and there is no congestion. In the hotels surrounding this area, there is a huge problem of humid stench which fortunately is not a problem for Balwas. Their staff is excellent, well behaved and always willing to serve. The food they provided is top notch - both quantity and quality. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay near Surat Railway station.

Hotel Balwas is one of the best property to consider when traveling to Surat, especially if you are on a business trip. Easily accessible from Surat Station, located hardly 400m away. This one is situated right on the main road with easy access to the main textile market and necessary stores around. Well maintained property and rooms with humble and decent staff. Food served and quantity was really good. Special mention for the Manager, Mr. Yunus, who ensured we were well taken care of during our stay.
