Opposite to Surat station , 2 minutes walk able distance. Very well maintained, best customer service, hospitality for customers, cleanliness is also very good . Both AC and Non AC rooms are very well maintained as ver ventilation point of view . Free WiFi is available. Food service is also good.

Very nice hotel for stay and very good service with reasonable rate.It is situated exactly opposite of surat railway station.it is on 7th floor.it has private lift.A.C and NON AC rooms are available.there are almost 10-12 big amd small rooms.hot water in bathroom available.location is very nice.

Bad, bad bad experience, people here are rude and not attentive, it was my guy friend’s birthday and I had gone to their room and in 5 min the manager started ringing the bell saying that a girl cannot enter, it was told in morning itself, but we weren’t doing any wrong thing it was just a birthday celebration and I literally felt that I had gone to boys hostel and the dean coming and scolding. These people should learn how to respect their customers and understand the situation and then react…. And talking about the room I was staying; the room was small having two beds and early morning the traffic noise starts which is the most irritating 😠 part, I was annoyed by the traffic rush and noises and couldn’t sleep, people visit for some rest and then leaves for their work at-least they should get a proper sleep after travelling, which I did not get, I went and even ask for another room they said they don’t have any rooms, ahh🤕. Attaching one video of morning and video of night, the noise is annoying, they shouldn’t have given this room if they knew about all the drawbacks. Not at all good, hate the service and the rude behaviour of the manager…. All over it was Pathetic

Place and ambience was okay but few rooms have small bathroom, hotel prices are negotiable and the staff at the reception helps you with that and other necessities. Room servicing was there on dial too. This place is just in front of railway station, that's the plus point as we could catch our train in time thanks to that! 😂

This is one of the best hotel in surat near railway station and centre of city. The hotel I stayed in was truly a delight! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed with the friendly staff, cleanliness and overall atmosphere. I liked the manners of the receptionist. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were especially comfortable and I got a good night's rest. Overall, my experience at the hotel was amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. And the Architecture is so good.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL IN SURAT JUST OPP. FROM RAILWAY STATION AND CENTER OF CITY. TRANSPORTATION IS ALL WAYS AVAILABLE IN THE ENTRANCE OF HOTEL. AND FOOD IS EXCELLENT, STAFF IS TOO CO-OPERATIVE AND THE WINDOW VIEW IS SO AMAZING I AM FULLY SATISFY WITH THIS HOTEL.

Very very Bad hotel, the receptionist at the hotel is very rude, Service guys will won't be help u at the time of Check-in and Check-out, u can also see the cockroaches in the room. Plzz plzz check the rooms before u check-in.

Bad things : ▪️in rooms you feel dirty smell. ▪️Car Parking was not available nearby hotel. ▪️Hospitality services not available here. You have to order tea in morning from outside of hotel. ▪️Too much noise in night. Because of nearby railway station.

Receptionist and manager is very rude, they will do fraud with you if you pay online. Will take payment twice from you and won't refund.

Hotel was good with good view but there were some issues regarding some discounts, kind of false marketing near reception area
