Room are not as shown in photos, staff not professional and service not upto the mark. Opt only if you need a bed to crash for a night. I have used their services say some 6 years back and the quality is dropping every year... the lift never works. It seems like they are only interested in your money...

I had been to The Golden Star Hotel to attend a full-day workshop, so I don't know about the rooms. But the hall was big enough to accommodate 60-70 people. Food wasn't exceptional, but it was good. No complaints. Washroom and Toilet were pretty clean and well-maintained. I expect rooms to be that comfortable according to the frequency of visitors during my time there.

Rooms are pathetic. Rooms are not clean. Bathrooms not clean. Small size beds. Property not maintained at all

3rd class.. I was there with 1day booking at for 11am.. I went there for 12pm and they ask me for wait for more time.. Now at time of waiting one should be asked for water, but i had to ask for 3times and even for that water the manger ask me 10 question which water for drink and all nonsens questions.. That finally water was served in dirty glass which was too below standard...

Cleanliness level is poor. Guest service is zero priority. Not at all hygienic.

The rooms were immaculate. I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel especially Mr. Irfan he writes your name(attached image) it's 99% true. Rooms are old constructed, No geyser in rooms, you have to approach reception for hot water for bath, they will arrange water bucket. TVs not working, cockroaches can be seen on floor.

It is a very good hotel and provides all facilities . Come here and enjoy it more and more . Thanks to golden hotel . 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
