The rooms were tidy and clean but the tv and ac remotes were non functional. You won't get hot water after midnight.

Excellent Rooms, Reasonable Fares, Prime Location. Located near Surat Railway Station. 1k for NonAc and 1.2k for Ac rooms. I stayed twice and I enjoyed staying in my room (NonAc). They above tie up with near my reputed restaurant for lunch and dinner menus.

Hotel rooms are bit small But overall is superb rooms are clean Staff is polite, manager too. I stayed here two months.

Giid ac hotel and also good for drivers they provide gadda, pillo and chadder for driver for sleep but the place is underground. That's why giving 4 stars.

It's a budget hotel. Value for the money. Location is excellent.
