    Old property. I believe it is in function since 1980s or so. The rooms are spacious and clean. CLean warm water and room service available. Reasonably priced and located opposite to Chowpatty area.

    The rooms are right above busy shopping area, so traffic/vehicle sound will disturb while sleep. Also no mirror in bathroom and ventilation stops when key is pulled out from main.

    'Women Friendly'. A hotel on one of Surat's priciest roads. Altho a few maintenance issues mar the experience, the staff and the location of this budget hotel is good. A good pick for people who want to stay in the thick of things. Nice eateries located around the hotel area and close to Dumas eat street!

    Terrible. Cracks and damps on the walls. Ac leaking water. No ac remote. Cigarette butt on the washroom drain.

    Good hotel for business travellers. In heart of City. Rooms are ok. Windows are not noise proof, noice from main road at night. Staff is good and courtose. Service is good. Cost is ok.

    This is a good hotel in the prime location in Surat. Rooms are good. It is not a very big hotel. Food is available just downstairs. I have given four stars because I don't like level difference inside a room.

    This hotel is full of cheaters. Online booking price is 850 with all tax and they charge me 1500 and given bill without GST. When asked for GST bill they told they charge GST extra. There is too much vehical noice as hotel is on main road. It is not worth 500per night. Better to book other hotel.

    This is worst hotel. No parking. Too much noice. They will tell you price including GST when you book and than charge you additional GST. Don't pay more than 800. You can get other hotels much cheaper than this in this area. Staff is so rude and no mirrors in bathroom. Not a women friendly place.

    To get transport thr bus stop is near the food quotes and cafe are near by . room are good service is also ok
