Sanjay Rajuguru, the owner, is a really kind hearted and sweet person. He helped me and my friends to book bus tickets and he offered us to stay a little more at the dormitory to be sure we have a place to stay until we reached the bus station safely. Nice location, almost centre of the city. Very courteous and helpful staff who served me hot gujarati thali when I reached at midnight and 24hrs checkout option is very good. Even in bed space they provide you with towel & toiletries upon arrival as you'll need time to settle down and unpack. Economical & nice place for business trips with ample parking space.

One of the best Dormitory in Surat as heard from many people who have stayed in other dormitory / hotel rooms. I am staying here for almost a month. A safe place in the city. nearby to the main road.Rooms provided are for visitors for a day or two as well as for students if you are an outsider. Facilities provided are as - A bed with locker + extra locker, Wifi, TV, AC, Food etc. Cleanliness is done at regular intervals daily👍.

It is a mediocre dormitory with the barest of necessities... no adequate water supply.. no adequate hot water supply. No furniture except the bed.. an ignored place... best to be ignored..... unless you are seriously strapped for cash and just want a place to park your head.

Shiv sai dormitory rooms are really amazing and very comfortable and room service are also very good. Behaviour is also good with customers and i like it very much. I refer many friends to go this hotel. I loved this experience.

Good cleaniness was good, AC was working fine over all nice and ecnomical stay.As name suggest it is a dormitory no private room, Share bath but was clean.Manager was very cooperative and helpuful.Staff attitude made a place good or bad sometimes.Here staff attitude and behavior was very fine
