Worst experience while stay at this hotel. This hotel is near to station,, apart from location other amenities and services are worst. You can’t stay here with your family…also not advisable for any corporate stay. A big example of unhygienic environment. We found bedsheets having dirty stains, spitting walls within the room, unfavourable fragrance all over. Earlier we planned to stay for 2 nights but very next morning we shifted to another hotel as felt a horrible stay. Not recommended for stay here. Also, they are charging too costly. Some people were also smoking just outside at hotel gate…please don’t misjudge with the pics that hotel has posted over different sites. Rating should be below one star.

Hotel rooms are good but no proper maintenance of the hotel. do not order tea coffee or food in hotel. They are charging too much.hotel receoptionist is not good and you won' t get any card or key to lock your room.when you check in ihotel ask receoptionist to give key or card to look room.

hotel rooms worst, no AC maintenance and worst pest control. Tv is also not working in many rooms. cockroachs on bed. in my experience in that hotel they have changed my family to total 3 rooms. me and my wife stayed on that hotel, without our permission they entered Into our room and they shifted our bag to another room. no security for your things. avoid this hotel to stay. they have duplicate key to open u r rooms.

Nice property close to Surat railway station. Comfortable but needs to improve on the room cleaning. Garbage on top of the wardrobes and in the bathroom above the false ceiling. TV and set top box dusty and bathroom fittings stained. Good AC, comfortable bed, clean linen.

Bedsheet were dirty, Eventhough they were strict at maintaining check out time 10AM , they were not upto mark at room cleanliness, The wood behind the bed were broken, they have pasted newspaper behind the bed instead of repairing the broken part worst Also food was very costly inside hotel and the time taken to deliver the food was too long and the taste was not worth for the money There were few hotels which allows 24 hrs checkin as well, so people can opt if they were in need of 24 hrs as this hotel is having std checkout time

I booked this hotel and then cancel that they don't refund my 1500₹ and very rude behaviour not recommend this hotel very much disappointed

I had seen Worst hospitality ever. Room is also very small sized and they call it deluxe. Don't go there.

Not upto mark duvet was stolen n dirty there was no bathroom amenities nd also tea kettle was dirty not washed and glasses also ,they kept only 2sugar sachets,TV was also not connected,I don't feel so worth as they r charging also towel was dirty.

This hotel staffs gave me the worst experience in my whole travel in Gujarat. The owner is very rude and he is not at all customer centric. Dirty rooms with cigerate smell all around.

Very bed service and no supportive staff.they don't have debit/credit card facility and the person sitting at reception couldn't provide bill with GST also not providing owner number to sort out the issue. Do not stay at such type of hotel,stay nearby hotel which has good facility and affordable price room.

This hotel service was not good They had told us breakfast included and when we were there charged us for a cup of tea also and asked for liquid soap and they did not even provide us that. Also no tv in the room and the room looked like it was getting renovated. The ceiling had mold on the corner and the paint was peeling off. I will never go to this hotel again.

Dusty room, finding this hotel was so difficult because the same hotel also known as TOWNHOUSE HOTEL DIA. Not happy with the area and cleanliness. Infact pillows , bedsheet, was not washed everything in the room was not clean, the carpet was sticky too.

Absolutely horrible service, rooms promised was large ended up with small room and very congested, charged us large sum for 2 person room. Service manager at desk was a liar, didn’t provide us large however charged us for large room. Also no hot water first day, rooms were dusty and floors were dirty as well. Bathroom horrible. I wouldn’t recommend stay at this hotel. It doesn’t justify any of there amenities as promised. Would Never visit this site again.
