17:35 18/12/2020. I gave this place a second chance before leaving a this review. Previous visit was 05/12/2020. Both occasions refused service due to the Staff Member (same one) getting ready to close up 25-30mins before closing. I asked how long the job takes, and was told "2 seconds" then turned back on me. Surprised how rude and unwilling the Staff Member has been..... in what is a reputable company that I have used in the past, on many occasions.

Timpsons opening times states 9am - 6pm, i arrive at 5:30pm to be told he is closing, how incompetent? How do you disregard your own policy and get away with it? A similar review written below 11 months ago which received a response by Timpsons representative Kirsty, well Kirsty your solution to the problem is not working because he is still doing it! I wont be using Timpsons are they are unreliable. Ta ta

Couldn't shorten a newly bought watch strap. Not having proper equipment, suggested me to go to a jewellery shop.

Terrible service. I took my husbands suit in on a Sunday and was told it would be ready on Wednesday morning. It still hadn't arrived on Thursday evening even though I had been calling them during the day to check progress and explained we had a wedding to go to in Wales on the Friday! They told me the suit had been lost and to expect it on Friday morning between 9am-10am. I'm still waiting.....and furious!! Do not use this 'service!'

Car key cutting machine was broken, I had phone in advance and was told they could cut a car key. Wasted trip.

The most racist shop against Asians community I have seen in my life specially Sunbury Timpson the guy was so rude and unhelpful

Just have to mention Greg was amazing and very helpful . You don’t get much customer service these days but Greg was really helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you 🙏👍

If I could give zero stars I would! 2x keys that were cut would not work in my locks and the guy working there wouldn’t give me my money back. He asked for a print out of my bank statement as evidence I had paid them! Surely the fact they kept giving me a faulty key is enough! I paid £48 and still haven’t been able to get my money back.

Rude staff, least bothered. He was very much interested in rolling tobacco and then doing his job, which requires customer service!!

Timpson in Sunbury on grounds of Tesco has the most highly entitled stinking Customer Service attitude.

Popped in to Timpsons for a Watch strap repair. The team was very courteous and professional, Mattia handled my request and had the repair done there and then, I didn't even need to leave the store. Fantastic service all round

Fast key cutting service while shopping. Recommended if keys needed immediately

They claim to offer a guarantee if your key breaks. I brought back my hello kitty branded key which had snapped off in the lock and was told that I was trying it on and timpsons have "never sold that make of key". Admittedly I didn't buy it from the Sunbury branch, it came from Walton on Thames - but that shouldn't matter! So not only have I not had my key replaced but I've been called a liar. Never returning here again.

Key snapped in my ignition and the chaps just went the extra mile to fix my key in a fast time. Amazing and friendly service

These guys are no help what so ever. I was told that they will need to order a key fob case for my type of key which I have waited for way too long, I called again today to be told the exact same thing. All I’ve had is problems after problems with Timpsons sunbury

Travelled 20 mins to find it was shut saying back in 30 mins. Not helpful
