    I joined a small group of local mums for weekly PT sessions with Olivia and I was absolutely thrilled with the results. In a short space of time, I noticed big changes to my fitness, but I was mostly impressed with Olivia’s ability to adjust exercises to help gradually build up my strength and improve my technique along the way.

    Olivia is an absolute superstar! An amazing PT. Since starting the sessions last year, I have seen some incredible improvements in physical fitness, mental health, motivation and diet! Olivia will always support us both during the sessions and out of class, and will change our routines/sessions based on our goals and requirements. I couldn’t recommend Olivia more to anyone who is looking for a PT in London, it’s been such a fantastic experience working with her!

    Olivia is an amazing trainer. I couldn’t have got back into the exercise post baby 2 without her sessions and support. She makes training (even on a rainy winters evening) enjoyable!

    I can not rate or recommend Olivia any more. She is amazing, positive, encouraging and super smiley no matter the weather or time of day. She always knows how to push just the right amount as well as tailor the workout to what suits you on the day. There is a variety of exercises and equipment meaning everyone is catered for. . If you are looking for a personal trainer then I’m convinced there is no one better than Olivia /Xtrafit.

    I’ve now worked with Olivia for nearly 2 years and without her, I’m rubbish at sticking to consistent exercise. Every session is always different, mixing it up between cardio, weights and abs. She is encouraging throughout and always provides lower/higher options when needed. I work out with my partner and she manages to tailor the exercises to our different strengths/size. She also helps with our diet, recommending ways to make sure we’re eating the right amount of fat/protein! Don’t know what we’d do without her!

    Olivia Is amazing! Every session is different, perfectly pitched and targets new areas (often ones I didn’t know existed!). She is so encouraging, totally lacking in judgment and pushes you in just the right way. I feel stronger and fitter than I have in years.

    Committing to my weekly XTRAfit sessions has change my life. It's not just that I feel stronger and fitter, but motivated to make wider changes day to day. I love my sessions - perfect balance between enjoying them and limping out (in a good way!).

    Olivia is a great trainer! She is very patient and keeps me motivated - which is a hard task with me when it comes to exercise! No sessions are the same and she incorporates a great mix of cardio and strength training each time. She pushes and encourages me in a kind and friendly manner, which I greatly appreciate as helps me to get the most out of each session. I can't recommend Olivia as a PT enough - she is fab, glad I found her!

    Olivia has been a fantastic support and PT over the past few years. I first trained with her before my wedding and she really helped me shred the weight and feel more confident. I then trained with her during my pregnancy and her knowledge and encouragement was always second to none. She will often go above and beyond for clients (including holding PT sessions outdoors in minus temperatures) and her words of support during training really helped me to achieve my goals.
