Not worth to give even one star. There should be option of negative starring. I purchased this Ac thinking that it is made in Japan. I am an NRI purchased and not working on first day. Last 10 days waiting for service parts to come. Customer service says that they understand our problem everytime, however they dont have solution. Their service engineer does not pick up the phone. Even for best company, if service is not good..its worthless.

Worst service provider , never buy Hitachi product , product are non reliable as well as service are also non reliable. My AC is down since 3 Oct and since then still under breakdown that too under warranty. Poorest of the service support in AMC period also, customer care is irresponsible and not customer centric. Not worth to buy and not value for money. Brand new 1 ton AC is not working. Installed just 20 days back, we raised complaint however no solution from Hitachi since last 3 days.

Useless split AC. Totally defective. Not working despite twice gas changing and even indoor unit replacement. Service engineer every time comes and finds either circuit or sensor defective. Replacement takes more than 10 days. I am waiting after 10 days. Spooling the name of Hitachii. Proceeding to lodge complaints in consumer court. Worst AC available in the world

Worst Airconditioner manufaturer, with just 2 years of purchased Split AC stopped working. Got it repaired 4500 and within one month again issues. Every time new issues by service guy. Dont buy their products . My service request no 22062904631 even don't respond to emails.

Bought an 2 ton Split AC with promises of 3 free service and did not even get one, now they want me to start AMC for the product - strange

NEVER EVER BUY COMMERCIAL UNITS OF HITACHI. COMPANY AND ALL STAFF ARE FRAUD. I PURCHASED 12 UNITS FOR MY BANQUET HALL. THEIR STAFF TOOK AWAY PARTS FROM MY MACHINES WHILE INSTALLING. NONE OF THE ACS ARE WORKING. SEVERAL COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN MADE FOR THE PAST 2-3 MONTHS. TILL NOW NO SOLUTION.

Worst service… I have 1.5 ton split inverter AC which is not working for past one month.. complaint lodged on 27.12.22 but till date problem Is unresolved. First they said blower wornout., and after 5 days person came with blower and found that PCB also blown out..After 15days he has come with blower and PCB., replaced and the very next day again it got blown out.. Surprise to see that parts were bought in plastic cover. He did not returned my wornout parts.. WORST SERVICE
